I remember getting tabs from the net via FTP back in the early 90's, and printing them out on dot matrix printers.
It's best that tuning should be done by tuning forks to develop your ear, and electronic tuners go for what... $5-$10 from pawn shops?
Then I look at the screen shots, I can see some people developing some bad dependencies there.
There are cheap or free programs such as guitar pro which do all of this, without paying plenty in sony or microsoft royalties.
