You can go off of TRT, but the idea is that you put yourself back at the levels you had when you were younger and you cruise on that indefinitely.
Some guys can go off and be fine, some guys can't. Can't draw massive generalizations. Generally, though, most people on TRT are not cycling TRT. If you want to cycle that is not the same as TRT. That is more sports-oriented and less QOL (quality of life) oriented and comes with a bunch of negatives. I am not cycling.
If you intend to go off then TRT is not for you. Bottomline.
