"Something Stinks. And It's Not Your Vagina."
I read this entire article a few times over, and I still don't really understand what it was about... Author is apparently a lesbian.
It's bad that men and women are encouraged (hardly) by stupid commercials to behave like men and women? Oh the humanity.
If your vagina is such a trivial thing, do you talk about it at the dinner table with friends and family present? Why do you keep it covered at all times? Hey, it's just another part of your body.

This seems like a new low even for HuffPo, these articles are just getting more aimless, whiny, and passive aggressive.

The worst thing that could possibly happen in that man's world is to be accused of being a woman. And so he must do everything in his manly power to prove otherwise.

Quote:Quote:Ever heard the word "penis" said in a commercial?
Instead, I'd like to focus on the fact that the company that sells feminine hygiene products is incapable saying the word "vagina" on television.
Quote:Quote:Yes, it's truly a crime against humanity that you are expected to not have a box that smells like uncooked tuna.
I don't know about you, but I'm not afraid of my vagina (or vulva, which is the external genitalia that I assume this body wash is actually meant to cleanse). It's a body part, just like an elbow or a nose.
