I am just curious, does that long term stuff work? I tried something similar to this a few times but girls just seem to have the expectation that if it didn't happen basically within a week or two of meeting than it's never going to.

"Teacher"? Was this in high school?

For all those interested in college profs:

In the U.S. younger attractive female college professors all loved sexual attention they were getting from their male students. Key word being from their students, because unlike guys on the street (who would be seen as individual creeps if showed the same level of attention) students are generally seen as this faceless, harmless mass, up to a point. How did you tell if the students are really into you or are just attention whoring? I am currently an instructor and I get a lot of "fuck me" eyes, but as soon as I show interest or wait till the semester is over to make a move, they go cold.

I wait for them to make a move. I wait for them to suggest a date. But, I don't just sit around hoping it will happen. I actively game them every week. Usually, towards the end of the semester they would suggest some sort of meet up.

Start with your appearance. Dress sharp. Hair cut, etc. When you are talking to the class, you are gaming them. You are projecting your confidence, wit, humor, etc. Jokes are always good! This is your chance to display yourself. You have to present yourself in an attractive way.

1. Looking good (clothes, grooming)

3. Displaying your best personality (not displaying your beta habits)(keeping a strong frame under pressure)
4. Dropping bait (insights from your life that display "coolness", travel, high end events, funny gf stories, etc.)

I do or have tried to do all of these things. Sometimes I think I am overgaming in class because one nontraditional student (an old dude) tried to report me for hostile environment sexual harrassment because apparently I used some mild sexual innuendo that was too much for him to handle. My teaching supervisor warned me years ago before I started teaching: "don't try anything funny with a student" because apparently it was written on my forehead and my current supervisor is watching me like a hawk because of that.

With my smaller classes in the past I frequently have students come and visit me. But I never dared to try anything with them during the semester because I am paranoid that my supervisor is always watching me, even when one girl literally tried to rub herself against me, I just insinuated that she should probably wait until after the semester is over or when she graduates. One professor in our department got fired couple years back for trying to date a student and everyone has been pretty paranoid since then.

I did once hang out with a former student a couple of times, then she told me that one of her guy friends who was also in my class is pissed because she is hanging out with me. I was like "you told your friends that you came to hang out with me!?". And that was the end of that. She was bangable too but I wasn't going to let that gossiping ho ruin my career.

The thing is, when semester ends, I usually don't hear back from my flirtatious students again. Like you said, I let them chase me and I don't ever pursue because job > pussy, but they stop chasing once semester ends. Your advices are helpful but I understand that I do need better logistics. Damn! It sounds like you are in a tough position. Some schools are tougher then others. Some schools try to discourage interactions between students and teachers, some schools don't worry about it so much. You do have to be careful.

Honestly, I didn't care if I got caught. I was not breaking any laws so I wasn't worried about getting in trouble. I knew I could lose my job but I wanted to get out of education anyways, so fear of losing my job didn't stop me.

In your case, it sounds like you are doing just about everything you can. Dressing sharp, speaking well, being funny and interesting, and subtley flirting. Maybe you can be a bit more agressive? Especielly, towards the end of the semester. The last month of school I really games hard. I tried to bait them into inviting me out.

Once, I was trying to bang my student secretary, I took her to lunch but I also invited her ugly assistant. This way it didn't look like a date, it was an office lunch. This was in the last few weeks of school.

Another student that I wanted to bang was organizing salsa classes. I would occasionally stop by and dance. during the last few weeks of school I started going almost everytime and dancing with my target. This was an on campus event so it raised no flags.

Honestly, since you can't really game them, you have to drop alot of bait and encourage them to game you!

The students that I banged pursued me just as much as I persued them.

One thing that I did that helped me is I tried to have personal conversations with the girls. I tried to find something in common that we could connect over. One girl was a swimmer, we talked about swimming and how we love to hang out by the pool. Another girl loved to eat and we always talked about the dishes we made. It's tough but its a fun game challenge.

Think of ways that you can be a little more agressive but while maintaining plausible deniability!
