I was talking on the individual venue-level, not on the city-level.

Naturally there's always intra-city variation--there were a lot of bars in Dublin that were shit (especially the wasteland that is touristy D2), for instance.

My point was that NYC is not some EL Dorado talent-wise, like the WSO post hints at.

7 new numbers and 9 total approaches today walking around Manhattan. Doing the Roosh program and this makes 19 total approaches so far in three weeks, but I usually go out and get them in bulk on the weekends, rather than a few a day. A few things I noticed; there are a ton of Brazilian tourists in NYC and they are in Times Square(for some reason I ask them more), most of the time I get the number, approaching can be a lot of fun, being social is great, surprised how quickly women give out the number. I am going for more quality interactions now, better conversations, humor, being memoriable than just getting the digits, even though I have had success with just petting a girls dog and asking for her number, and a number of other very basic downright simply dumb approaches. So far I have met a lot of great women and one I have seen twice and she invited me over tomorrow night. Astounded by the difference in quality of the woman with daygame over online dating like Tinder. I am focused on the 100 approaches first and trying to get that by Aug 1.

Manhattan is pretty awesome to live in. You have to know what you want and where to go. You can find a decent place for $1400 in Manhattan, a studio of course, but in a decent neighborhood, its how I started. Manhattanites are busy and varied, all stripes, there isn't one type, they keep to themselves but can be extremely friendly and helpful. Most of the time they are interesting people.

The talent on Tinder is actually pretty good in NYC--way better than you would expect.

Getting them out is the tricky part.

NYC is great for day game due to the layout--day game takes the most balls vis a vis night-game and online game, thus has the highest yield on quality * quantity per approach.

There are a lot of Brazilian Restaurants in the mid to high 40s, so that's why you probably keep running into Brazilian chicks if that's where you're day-gaming.

The randomness is actually the key to this: If NYC were an "EL Dorado talent-wise, like the WSO post hints at," the probability of me stumbling upon individual venues with better talent within a weekend in Dublin and Charlotte is low.

My overall thesis, if you will, is that NYC's strength is not the talent per se, but logistics:

I am looking for a new a job right now and relocating from Orange County to NYC is an option I have in mind.

I would agree with Kabal that during my few visits to Manhattan is that logistics is really the main factor and not the beauty of the women women on average. If you are into the the high-end night scene it is a different story. I am basing my opinion vs. living in SoCal which always seems to make top 5 or so for girls (U.S.) on this board. I see Manhattan's main attributes vs. SoCal as:

1. Day Game access
2. Logistics
3. Girls on average are skinnier
4. Girls on average dress much better


What I saw in Manhattan were lots of what I would consider 6's, but since they stay skinny and dress well all the time they are 7's. Where in SoCal I see more girls that could be 7-8+'s because of their pretty face, but many of these have too much extra weight and/or dress like shit so they fall to 5's and 6's.

The worst case of this in SoCal is the waste of feminine beauty called aptly, the Bro-Hoe.

The Bro-Hoe is a girl that has too many tatts, piercings, bad hair dye jobs usually platinum highlights over a jet-black hair base. This gives them the appearance of a very low class exotic dancer. They love off-roading, motor-cross, tattoos, MMA juice heads, and are usually huge sluts. Many of these girls have great bodies, and naturally beautiful faces. Their faces usually take a beating from the hard partying, smoking, and too much sun at an early age. They are also often single mothers with illegitimate children at a young age.

There are a good amount of Bro-Hoes that could be top shelf if they didn't live this lifestyle. Picture of an average bro-hoe:



These aren't in NYC as much to my knowledge.

Maybe it's due to my bias of being within the "high end" scene but...

New york during the daytime is rather "average" although many women look much hotter due to being well dressed. The only thing that REALLY STANDS OUT is the hipster chicks (in manhattan and brooklyn) tend to have flawless skin. (Must be that vegan diet, ha) I notice during the daytime I see many women who aren't HOT but look very attractive due to having "vibrant" skin.

IMO, if your not going to the "high end" venues then NY nightlife becomes a waste of time in terms of women. Doesn't matter if it's the bottle service scene or hipster scene, if it's a high end spot the quality will be amazing. An for those who like "video vixen" type girls, the hip hop scene on sundays in terms of quality is RIDICULOUS. I've seen body proportions of all races INCLUDING ASIANS who's hip to waist ratio seemed unreal. You would never catch 2 girls like that in the same day during the daytime.

To give you an idea of new yorks "other world" you can check out a video I made awhile back...Almost 95% of the girls I know are 5'9+

I just got back from NYC last weekend and went three nights in a row. Me and my friends hit up some spots that we got off the forum and had a great time.

Tip of the hat to G for sending me to Raouls. I had dinner sitting next to John Slattery at the bar. The quality is top notch there. Was suited up in grey suit and fit right in. And they have Titos vodka. Met one of the most unforgettable woman there, the kind you didnt think existed in US.

Also Jane hotel bar is golden but key is to get there at right time suited up or tough to get in. Very lively scene and once you are in you are IN.

Also Employees only had a good scene. Again have to be suited up and get there at right time or make connections on the fly(what we did to get in). Me and my buddy actually got hated on by some losers twice who said you "wall street" guys think you can have everything just because you wear suits but it will catch up to you like blah blah. Me and my friends have never set foot on wall street.

Also went to SOHO hotel bar but its more of a chill scene to close the deal or early enough to start game with low intensity socializing.

Met some norweigians girls that we latched onto for one night and dutch girls the next. Its pretty amazing what NYC brings to you.

Did you go to Raoul's once or multiple times? What time did you go? I believe I have posted before that I went there once and the place was dead. I probably should have gone back one or more times. Cipriani was good though. Did you make it to Cipriani?

Cipriani's was on the list but didnt make it there. I went to Raoul's once and it was friday night around 8pm and stayed there for a couple of hours. It was packed but its not a big place. Again the place is not about quantity but quality. We bounced the ladies from there to Employees Only.

New York is the world's most top heavy city for thin, statuesque model type girls.

So your idea of "higher quality" probably is another than what most guys would look for.

Lure is one of my go to business lunch spots, my office was around the corner and if you work in tech/startups its a good scene. Have never really gone at night, I'd imagine its good though but unfortunately they are closing.

Sushi Samba was pretty hot 6-7 years ago. Their Sunday brunch is actually really good.
