I am sure there is a city somewhere in the world where you see many white girls with bodies like black girls, I have been told that Austin has many white girls with booties like black girls. i am wondering what is the perfect city for guys looking for white women with booties like black chicks. To answer the OP's original question:

Considering the pics you posted, go to Southern States in the USA (Texas to Florida). The white girls there tend to be a little bit thicker than in other parts of the country.

Also, make sure you go during the summer so that you can check them out while they are wearing shorts. You will be able to inspect the merchandise, so to speak, before you buy.
