I can't really think of a single spot in the U.S. where white girls tend to have big asses, I think it's just kind of hit or miss, maybe the mid-west because women tend to be thicker there, but that may just mean more fat chicks. Its hard to pinpoint "a City" These are genetic anomalies they are freaks of nature not the norm. But from my experiences the are types of girls that do certain things that get plump ass and thighs. SO using that you can point point spots more easily. Growing up in cold as fuck Canada a realized that:

A: Figure Skaters are almost all white

B: Figure skaters almost always have thick asses and thighs.

They type of training they do puts so much on stress on there good parts like the glutes that they plump up there like balloons.

Diving also does this quite well. Most divers are gonna have thick thighs and asses from all that jumping.

Plus with both skating and diving you need to be short, this helps out the per-portions so they don't lean out. I don't think any pro skaters are above 5 6".

I can vouch for this I have slayed 3 figure skaters and one diver. I actively seek them out because I realized my favorite body types on females follow certain patterns of activities: Gymnasts, Ballet, Figure Skating. I like thick and or toned broads. If a girl tells me she skates or used to skate.. its a wrap.

So look for Cities with a big tradition of figure skating and ice winter sports (female hockey players get thick..but way to stocky for my liking they get a weird swagger from the skates too). These are usually colder cities and due to the climate when females are training their hardest in the winter there bodies hold onto fat better.
