Hooligan, how do you make your money? List your stats. How tall, how heavy? Body fat percentage? Max bench press? On the juice or 100 percent natural? Be honest please, I have mates who did both so I know the score truly.

Max bench press? Thats an indication of nothing Im afraid and is a poor measure by any standard.
I have been playing rugby since I was 9 years old. Most of my training has been strength and conditioning work purely for sports, but gym is a habit for me now. Rugby being physical my weight varies between seasons.
5'10 and my weight fluctuates between 89-90 and 97-98 kilos. Body fat is higher in season when I am heavier and need the size and bulk. Bodyfat in season is about 15%-17%, when I cut in the off season (rugby is winter game) I average between 10%-12%. Anything lower than 10% is just too much for me, I like food to much, and I am closer to 12% in most cases.
Cant do juice, we get tested. I will be doing it when I hit my 40's though and will probably cycle every 3 years or so.
As for work, I am a salesman who is now self employed. Close big contracts and you get big commissions, its that simple
I have had the dumb jock/rugby player thrown at me since school and it pisses me off no end. Whats even worse about this thread is that someone is suggesting that you cant maintain a good body and have a good income at the same time?
I spend a whopping 3 hours a week at the gym, thats it. While everyone orders cake and ice cream I say no thank you. When I travel I book into hotels with a gym and I exercise with a hangover, little sleep or jetlag. Most people eat like pigs on holiday and do no exercise at all. I still clock an average of 50 hours a week at work and have time for a social life being out on average 2-3 times a week.
Like I say, this is like hearing a fat bitch complain about the slut in the mini skirt or tiny bikini.
