Most jobs are transferable anywhere throughout the world, however, in terms of earning-power, having experience/education in finance, sales/marketing will get you the largest paycheck. TEFL is another option, and so is running an internet company. I've toyed with running an online company on the side when I'm not at my day job, and it's gone pretty well...It's simple t-shirts, but it involves minimal investment, hardly any time commitment and you can earn a solid paycheck.
Job Hunting Abroad
Easiest transferable jobs in the world are with technical skills, there's no language barrier. It works or it doesn't, that's it, no dealing with different people who grew up in a completely different world and trying to sell to them.
Also you realize around the world many jobs are a dime a dozen, you really need to justify to a multinational or a local company to pay you to do a job that they can pay a local 1/10 the wage to and probably do it better because he/she grew up there. It really doesn't make sense to go abroad to countries outside the 1st world to look for work.
