Mike-I'd like to thank you for being the first person to help me and get me started on lifting. Also thanks for helping me get out of some tricky situations, meant A LOT too me.

I just think this forum and the mentality is toxic, mentally. Everything from the racism, group think, and honestly the fat shaming. I'm too young to be even be thinking about bullshit like this, honestly.

I've learned a lot from this place which ranges from personal fitness,life advice, travelling, and of course women. I'll always be grateful to those who helped but I want to head in a different direction.

I could just stop posting but I feel terrible and will want to come back and check up on some users. With a perm ban there will be no coming back
