Kazantip Festival - Cambodia Feb 18 - 28 -- Sihanoukville, Z-Island

I hate to piss on your parade, but Russia and Ukraine are both experiencing massive currency crises at the moment. As a result, outbound tourism in those countries is in a slump and very few people are travelling. For Russians and Ukrainians, travel to Cambodia will cost 10-15 times what travel to Crimea did in previous years.
In other words, it will be a much smaller and more mixed event (less Russians, more foreigners) than in previous years.

6000 is not a lot considering that the usual turnout is over 100000.

The reports on Kazantip weren't that good anyway in terms of gaming girls, cockfest was the word I'd seen used numerous times in the other reports posted on it.

The festival is still not open. No one knows if it opens. The organizers are still trying to make it happen. Lots of alternative partys are popping up every day.
