When the truth offends people, hit them with it harder. Mock these fools.
Forney, you should consider doing a spoof of Anita Sarkeesian's nonsense with the threats just to really mess with them, just like RawGod's post earlier in this thread
"I had to leave my home because of the threats!"
Then slip in a bunch of tattoo and fat-shaming in there.

I do not see the point of these articles. We can not change anything. Not one of the girls who read the article make any life changes, or think it through. And seeing this amount of dysfunctional people commenting makes me loathe mankind even more. In a sense it was a net loss for me, made me no better, given me no new information, took my time and made me feel like shit with just having a tiny glimpse in the life of these horrible creatures.
Wrong. Matt's piece, just like the fat-shaming week, is exactly how you change culture. It's the equivalent of putting rounds on target to destroy the illusions of your opponents. Very effective, and I expect it to be echoed in more mainstream media questioning the wisdom and style of tattoos.
Of course there is a substantial business interest on the other side, with thousands of small businesses around the world who will try to maintain body ink's popularity.
Yes, I think the main thing these articles do is to break taboos. They're not going to change many women's opinion, nor should they aim to. Women will change their opinion once enough men change their opinion.
What they do is bring an idea into the open. Ideas are like seeds. If they are any good they can grow huge, they just need nourishment, but they also need to be there in the first place. Who knows how many white knights and downtrodden males will find ROK here and even if they may first detest what they're reading, the seed has been planted and will ruminate in their minds. Impossible to get rid off. What if it is true?

Most girls that have nose piercings, face piercings, tongue piercings, tattoos, ear gauges etc. are either Lesbian or Bisexual. Most girls these days have piercings and tattoos.
In another thread I talked about how just a few decades ago most girls were straight (very few girls back then had tattoos or piercings).
There's "something" man made that's been hiding in plain site for decades that's causing both males and females to be born Gay, Lesbian and Bisexual on a mass scale.
That "something" is the sole reason so many girls (and even guys) are covering their faces in nose/face piercings and tattoos and ear gauges etc.
This will all make more sense when I put up a website about this soon.
1. Most pierced and tattooed girls are Lesbian or Bisexual.
2. "Something" caused most of them to be born that way.
I don't want to say what the "something" is before my site is up, but think about what is the one particular thing that could be emulating the natural process of why people are born Gay, Lesbian and Bisexual on a mass scale...
Most of the girls that have piercings and tattoos look like clones of each other (they literally look the same) in their face and eyes because the "something" affected them the same.
These 3 pictures are just a few from my site (which will be up soon)
There are a few dozen different clone looks specific to each brand of "something".
I can distinguish each brand from looking at girls faces.

RoK is really slow. I'm having trouble reaching the article on the site. Ended up reading it on the forum copy.

Exactly, there are chicks that were thinking of getting that dolphin tattoo or that lovely sun on their ankles or perhaps some tibetan writing on their wrists but maybe they are giving it second thoughts. Youre welcome world.

Yeah, I think the tipping point on tattoos would not take a lot of discussion. Could be relatively easy to turn that trend around.
Why? The vehemence of the response. The more vehement the response, the more doubtful the person is. The more doubts about a choice, the more likely people will stop making that choice.
If you're comfortable with your choices, criticism does not bother you. It's only when you're maintaining a carefully constructed inner rationalization for what you did that you become angry about someone criticizing them. Why? The criticism gives a voice and reinforces the doubts and regrets which are an annoyance or even a torture for you. This is human nature.

2182 comments as of now - mostly crazed women and some White Knights.
I don't know what really irked them this time, since many other articles are worded a lot tougher. But somehow Matt has a talent for pissing of "empowered" women. Well done!
By the way - it is not misogynist anger by us - we are just voicing the preference of the wide majority of men.
You will hardly find young girls before the feminized indoctrination thinking: "When I grow up I will plaster my ass and arms with tattoos, so that Prince Charming likes my sassy and strong attitude and sees me as the special snowflake that I am."

Regret is one of the most averted emotions. People will do anything to avoid admitting they made a major life mistake (see my dad's second marriage for a good example). Criticizing tattoos is the same as criticizing taking out $60k for a liberal arts degree. People hate the article because it forces them to make a change they literally cannot make.

Pleasant surprise this morning to see this pop up on my Facebook feed, first time this facet of my life has made the jump to others. Unsurprisingly, the source of the outrage has short hair, a Monroe piercing, and a couple of tats including an angel wing tramp stamp I once nutted on a couple years ago.
Says she's so mad she can't focus on studying for her organic chemistry midterm. Nicely done Matt.
