Thanks for that! I was actually planning to take exactly that route (to Warsaw), and it seems to arrive at a more convenient hour than ecolines do. They seem to charter another bus company for the ride, but it doesn't matter.

By the way the journey time normally includes an estimated time at the border (it was so in my ecolines ride anyway). Prepare to go through a full security check just like in an airport (scanners, "open your bag please" and so on).

Guys, some updates about clubs and nightlife in Minsk? Where you can go for drinking a beer before party and what about student clubs? I know that it might sounds difficult, but I would like to avoid clubs with pro and semi-pro.

I put Tinder for a weekend on Minsk and was surprised to have about 40 matches (solid 7.5 average) in such a short time.About the same with Badoo.

^ Matches yes, lays no. They are looking for relationships. You'll have to work hard for lays, so hard it's senseless, unless you're honestly looking for a girlfriend, in which case it's worth it as there are gems in Minsk.

Not knowing Russian and sticking to tinder/badoo etc will eliminate the majority of good options. In short, learn Russian, try to avoid the online girls, and you'll find some incredible gems in Belarus for a long term relationship.

^ ONS culture is practically non-existent in Minsk. You can pretty much traverse all threads here and also hear accounts from some other day gamers (e.g. krauser etc), they all say the same. And I've experienced it too. It's a place to get a sweet pretty awesome girlfriend. Anything else is a waste of time.

Most of these girls aren't too stupid either, so trying to lie your way into their pussy.. they'll see through it and test you multiple times for your intentions. 'Girlfriend for real' or don't come here.

Poland definitely has its quirks but is much easier for 'lays'.

Roosh summed it up well in one of his podcasts, he was talking about Ukraine, but it doubly applies in Minsk. He said something in the lines of "by the time you lay her, you invested so much into her it almost doesn't make sense not to stay her boyfriend.. and that's what the girl is trying to achieve in the first place".

These girls want a boyfriend. Couldn't care less about 'having fun' sexually. Belorussian girls are also considered way more conservative than Ukrainian.

PS Foreigners aren't a novelty in Belarus, girls are curious about them but it doesn't earn you "points". It gets you tinder matches, but then you have to prove yourself more than a local would have to. There's plenty of foreigners on Tinder scouting for girls there, some girls are already jaded about it and express it in their profile.

There's also plenty of local guys that carry themselves as well as the girls do. Fashion in general though is lacking there due to lack of options, the only way to get decent fashion is to go on a shopping trip in a neighboring country.

I have spent the last 10 days in Minsk and ONS, is impossible .I have had multiple make out and danced with a sh1t ton of chicks but let's face it I am not here to do that.been in cab rides home making out touching kissing ...I had my face in this chicks crouch in the cab , but at the end of ride , NOyou cannot come up. They always ask how long are you going to be here and how tall are you. I have a potential date lined up in three hours with this 36-year-old who is a 7 still, that is from Belarus but lives in Germany now and is here for the independence day celebration, we'll see how it goes...I will write a more detailed sheet of places when I get back from my road trip... the only thing I would beg to differ is foreigner status here is still high in my opinion, at least that is what I experienced

Are you guys approaching and operating with a Slavic direct game? Are you dressing well to impress and display value? Are you still young and with a good energy? Probably your American nationality might be an issue since they regard you as "providers" rather than "lovers" hence the girls are more demanding before getting laid.

Considering that the average salary in Belarus is something like 400$ a month, most middle class Europeans would also be regarded as walking wallets by the local gold diggers.

Overall, I don't quite see the point in hitting Minsk for short trips. I think I'd rather spend a bit more money and just go to Moscow or Saint Pete where the sex speed is faster and ONSs possible. Not to mention that there's a lot more stuff to do and cool places to visit.

If anything, Minsk seems like a similar alternative to Kiev, just with higher prices and less sex tourists.

I agree with Malo that a lot of local guys dress ok. When I was there, they didn't seem as sloppy as Polish dudes.

This is true, plus more conservative girls, and less soviet expats.

As for the general city feel I'd describe Minsk as a "much larger and much cleaner Chisinau", rather than compare it to Kiev. Meaning Kiev has much more to offer than Minsk, although Minsk does have some nice spots and walks.

For those considering Minsk for a longer term stay (more than a month), I'd advice that the city is quite bleak.

It is livable - clean, relatively safe, has the basics -- but not much more than the basics. It is very monotonic and you almost can't help but catch a depressive mood after a couple of weeks.

After a short stay, you realize the absolute and only reason you're here is girls. So you need to keep this in mind if you're going on a 'long term girlfriend hunt', that I mentioned earlier.

It usually messes with your head when you're living somewhere for the one and only reason that is pussy.

No change in terms of prices: Minsk is expensive for bars, nightlife, restaurants almost like in Western Countries, forget to throw money like you could do in Ukraine. If you speak about other Belorussian cities, I don't know.

I came back last Monday from a business trip to Mogilev which is in the east of Belarus. The prices there are as in the other provincial cities that I have been to (Polotsk, Grodno, Brest) are 20-40% lower than in Minsk. I stayed in a 3 star hotel in Mogilev for $20 a night, full board.

That said, I liked Mogilev. It maybe a dusty city with some nice parks but weekends are lively with packed cafes and bars. I got good reaction from the local dyevs and am in regular contact with a 7. Not bad for a couple of days' work.

If you go to Minsk to pursue only online game you are cutting yourself short and def not getting top talent. Just go to a pub/bar in the evening by the "oldtown" neighborhood that Minsk has (you can't miss it as it is by the white Holy Trinity Church), post up at the bar and start approaching. That area has a higher percentage of English speakers vs others. I also really liked Overtime Club last time I was there by Sports Palace. I feel like evening/night-game is quite good there, even if you speak limited Russian.

The 9, i've met her last time i was there. She can be done, but requires work. A lot of girls pretend to be innocent, but in her case i can actually believe she still is. For the rest, i agree on the not wanting to play too much online game. I can go on dates in Amsterdam if i want to. I don't need to travel to minsk for that.
PS: i got the 9 to go out with me after putting Minsk in the Instagram search bar and send a message to some 10 hot girls telling them: My life will be so much easier if it turns out you speak English. She responded straight away and i met up with her 3 hours later.

My EE friends (not from Belarus) told me that restaurants were cheap.
