Another student cries rape

I'd say I'm pretty ignorant on the matter of false rape accusations. I've never known anyone personally who have either accused someone or been accused of rape. It also seems like a less than pleasant issue so naturally I ignored it.

This morning reading the Washington Post I came across the headline:

"Catholic U. student recounts her struggles after reporting a sex assault"

Here we go again. So I decide to read the article. It begins:

"Erin Cavalier downed a couple of glasses of wine and a few shots of tequila, grabbed a water bottle filled with vodka and Sprite, and headed out from her dormitory to celebrate the end of her first semester at the Catholic University of America.

After polishing off the mixed drink, the 18-year-old from Northern California started drinking beer at a party. After midnight, in what she describes as a stupor, she asked if someone could help her walk to her room on the campus in Northeast Washington. A male student she considered an acquaintance volunteered. She says she blacked out."

http://www.washingtonpost.com/local/educ...story.html

Ummm, what? I was in a frat in college and just reading that I can see that that is a ton of alcohol, especially for an 18 year old girl.

She then goes on to sign the guy into her dorm who walked her home. So she is capable of signing a guy in, but not saying the word "No"?

I think its incredibly sad that young guys are being demonized for taking part in what seems to be a normal activity for college students: Drunk sex. The article doesn't even hint at the possibility that maybe the blame is on her or that she shouldn't have drank so much. Yes, it is possible that she was raped, but I think any rational, objective person can see that this girl came from a conservative, religious family and made a poor decision, regrets it, and is crying rape to take the burden off of her.

One thing I am trying to understand is that feminist, leftist culture says it's okay for women to have all the sex they want, but yet women seem to regret having sex in many cases. How do they reconcile this? Is it simply a war against men and a win-win for women?

Thoughts?

She is attention-whoring. Most women who have been raped try their very best to hide the fact. If they don't they slowly but shyly come out (like Mukhtaran Bai http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mukhtaran_Bibi ).

She regretted the ONS and now wants the attention. Simple as that. She should be punished for her lies and bullying.

Consider yourself lucky with not being personally affected. I lost my 2 best friends to a false accusation made by two girls. My friends had to peace out of the country and I haven't heard from them in years.

I had another close friend get accused by a random psychotic fatty who walked in his restaurant on NYE that he never even touched and was thrown in Baltimore City jail for 2 nights. Luckily he got saved by security cameras (which revealed he was taking a shit in his office upstairs when the supposed rape went down and that he never even touched the bitch - he had the bouncer throw her out for being wasted). In the end he was only out $15 grand for attorney so he got lucky.

The same theme runs through all of these college rape stories: the woman was raped, but not raped enough to treat the rape as a serious crime and press criminal charges with police and state prosecutors.

Then she whines about how nobody treated her rape as serious.

It's really very simple. Women want the power of men, but the responsibility of children.

All of the demands made my modern women can be understood with this simple device.

Women in the workplace: they demand the same wages as a man, but want greater accommodation and time off.

Women and sex: they want to drink and sleep around like men, but want to be able to cry rape if they regret a bad decision.

Women and clothing: they want to dress like a whore to attract the attention of alphas, but complain about being stared at by non-alphas.

Women and their bodies: they want to get fat, but want men to pretend like they're not.

Women and media: they want media catered to their desires, but expect men to create it for them since women have no interest in doing so.

Women and relationships: they want to ride the cock carousel until they wall approaches, then expect a provider to marry them and overlook their past whoring.

In short, they want all of the privilege and none of the responsibility in every facet of their lives.

There is no use in being angry about this, or outraged at the audacity of such a glaring double standard. It's simply how women naturally behave if society leaves them unchecked.

Humans have both creative and destructive impulses, which vary between the sexes. The male creative focus is directed externally into society: men build, create, produce through their labor. The male destructive impulse is directed either externally out of society through warfare with other tribes, or today channeled through sports and video games. The female creative focus is internal: the creation of children within her own body and support of the family. Now the important part: the female destructive impulse. Since women are not able to direct their destructive impulses externally through warfare the way that men do, they have been forced to direct their destructive impulses either onto themselves or onto those near them. This is why women are much more prone to depression and psychological problems than are men.

Traditionally, women would have the support of a close network of female friends, religion, family and community to help them cope with their destructive tendencies. They would also be too distracted with their children to become too bogged down. But today women don't have these support systems. The result is that they are spreading their destructive impulses throughout society. The modern woman is basically a wounded animal lashing out, and it is no coincidence that the women who have broken the furthest from tradition are without exception the most insane and damaged.

What bothers me the most is the lack of consequences for women who lie about being rape.
I am not sure if that is the case in the story above but we can all agree that there is a growing trend of women using the rape card to avoid the embarrassment for their one night stand. For fucks sake, this girl is 18 but nobody addresses the fact that she was underage and drinking enough booze to blackout.

On the second one, just how the hell does that happen? He is not remotely close to her and she is accusing him of rape? Sigh.

At some point, don't the men of this country have to adjust? I used to get pretty mad about this stuff, but isn't the onus on us to adjust to the realities? Accept the risk that comes along with hooking up with a drunk girl. I find it hard to feel bad for these guys playing Russian Roulette. It's nonsense that this is the way it is, and we should continue to shine a light on the hypocrisies of these situations.

There should be a pamphlet distributed on campus talking about the dangers of assisting girls at night. In fact there should be a whole session on how 'women aren't your friends so don't help them', I can say with 100% certainty, on return to the West, I won't be speaking to another woman unless spoken to.

This last one is perhaps the most interesting:

Quote:Quote:

Our data shows women only work 76% of the time that men do. Interestingly, the National Committee on Pay Equity found that women earn 77% of what their male counter parts do.

About the data:
RescueTime provides a tool to allow individuals and businesses to track their time and attention to see where their days go (and to help them get more productive!). We have hundreds of millions of man hours of second-by-second attention data from hundreds of thousands of users around the world, tracking both inside and outside the browser. The data for this report was compiled from 8,000 randomly selected men and women.

Remember, when it comes to women in the workplace: just say no.

My best friend just got hit with a domestic violence / sexual assault protective order last week. His ex accused him of all kinds of shit, up to and including rape. When he went to the court hearing he proved she was lying on every count but the rape, because it's pretty hard to prove something didn't happen several years ago. She even admitted several times that she had "misremembered" things.

Despite showing that his ex had lied under oath about 4 out of 5 accusations, the judge still put him under a 1 year protective order because she apparently thought it was still reasonable that his ex was being honest about the rape. Thank you, preponderance of evidence standard. In actuality we think the (female) judge was giving the 1 year order as a consolation prize to his ex, against all logic.

The outcome wasn't as bad as it could've been, but it will still affect his future. Innocent man is accused, woman is caught lying under oath, no consequences for her and now his future employment prospects are in danger, he might lose his security clearance, and who knows what else will come of this.

First and most importantly, WNB

Second, unless she weighs 200+ pounds there's no way in hell she drank all that the article claimed to and stayed on her feet. Most girls I know get buzzed after just 2-3 shots because they're small and usually don't eat before going out anyway. A few tequila shots AND glasses of red wine, while not only being a fucking disgusting combination, would already have her stumbling all over the place. Add the typical white girl wasted water bottle full of vodka to the mix and she's incapacitated.

Third, I know exactly what the fuck she did. I saw it every weekend night for a year in my fraternity house. Girls get drunk and just kind of stumble around the house during after hours (usually acting much more wasted than they actually are) with a "im just gonna find a hot guy, fall into his bed, and whatever happens happens" attitude. It takes all the responsibility off them, they can just say "oh well I was drunk and we were at a frat party, i guess it just happened!" this helps alleviate some of the slut factor. However, they can STILL cry rape if they didn't like it. My roommate caught a charge last year from a girl who came on to him harder than he did (I know this because they fucked in my room), but he was lucky to get off because our fraternity house had security cameras that showed enough, and along with our witness statements it was enough for the shit to dissipate.

I read about it, I've experienced it, and my friends have experienced it. Girls want the rape card in their back pocket in case the need for damage control arises. It's really fucking sad. Luckily that shit would never happen in Germany, but I'm only here for three more weeks.

This is why it is SO FUCKING IMPORTANT to get morning after texts and properly document/save them. It saved my ass once before, and while I hope the need for it doesn't arise again, I'm gonna keep doing it for the remainder of my player career.

Wow this kind of second person story is real interesting. Did the jump bail? Flee before they were arrested if they were scared of being arrested on the false accusatins? What terrifying implications. I'd like to hear more ( theoretical, fictionalized of course) accounts .

Like I said, the bitch showed up wasted on NYE, puked everywhere, and got thrown out. At one point she was trying to get back in and the bouncers wouldn't let her. So she pulled down her pants and pressed her ass cheeks up the glass and gave everyone a pressed ham. She should have been arrested for indecent exposure. HUGE fatty. You can't make this shit up.

Poledaddy,

That is pretty fucked up shit.

I am going to burn in hell for saying this, but why would any fat chick ever think they would be the target of rape?

If you were going to rape someone (and I never would) at least find a hot chick if you are willing to go to jail for it.

If you rape a fat girl/hideous chick you deserve to go to jail and not breed ever. Because you have no judgement, no common sense and no brain cells. And for your stupidity you deserve to bunk with a guy named Bubba who asks you to pick up his soap bar.

I have never been so drunk when a fat/hideous girl suddenly became attractive to me.

I mean, does your brain say to you "That is muscle you are squeezing, not fat." ?????

The above thought entered my head one day when a fat chick was in front of me walking, she pulled her shirt down (by like an inch) and surely that was gonna cover her fucking fat ass. I was insulted that she thought I would even consider her attractive. At one point, I saw her again at the track at the park and she stopped to let me pass, I sort of chuckled as I walked by.

Batshit crazy chicks.

Alright rant off.

Well, it's a classic He/She said.

If she was too drunk to consent and passed out, and woke to him fucking her, then it is rape.

If there was consent, then it's not rape, I don't care how drunk she was.

But as someone else pointed out, if she's blackout drunk you are really playing Russian Roulette:
'After the man left, Cavalier went into a bathroom. A resident assistant found her there, crying.
“She asked what happened,” Cavalier said. “I said I had been raped.
A blur of activity ensued: The RA called for help. Campus police responded. She went to Washington Hospital Center and saw a nurse specializing in sexual-assault examinations. Cavalier called her parents...statements from witnesses at the party that seemed to support her claim of drunken incapacitation, such as “she was staggering,” and she “was very drunk and falling asleep.” '

This is not next-day regret -- which is an evil thing. This sounds an awful lot like rape. Most people - men and women - don't press criminal charges in such instances.

Regardless, the key thing is to make sure men get due process on campus no matter the circumstances. Once we get a working 'system,' most of the false rape charges will disappear into thin air.

Yeah man. Oh yeah one last amazing detail - the video cameras showed that when she was in the bathroom when the supposed rape went down, he was in his office upstairs by himself. Never even went near the fat bitch.

Like others have mentioned, video evidence is key and what saved him. Without that he would be screwed. There should be a market for "anti-false rape cameras" you can mount on your bed, or carry with you that is well disguised to look like something else- like a pack of cigarettes or lighter or something, and that can turn on without them knowing. Better to get charged with violating 2-party recording consent laws than rape.

Nothing new here. Playing the rape card is just another advantage for them due to our misandric law system.
