Host of "Man Vs. Food" Vs. Fatty in Comment War

Adam Richman is the host of Man Vs. Food, a show about eating ludicrously large portions of unhealthy food. He's recently lost some weight though, and posted this to his instagram account:

It's a picture of his weight loss, and the caption includes the hashtag thinspiration. This prompted the indignation of this fatty (trigger warning):

A friend of the fatty sent him some comment about his using the term thinspiration. His response:

= Do I Look Like I Give A Fuck?

The fatty posted the comment online and sicced her feminist followers on Richman to let him know how wrong he is and how upset this made them feel. Here are some exchanges:

He made the critical error of getting into an argument with this bloated attention whore. These hambeasts thrive on the attention and drama that social media gives them because they get no attention or negative attention in real life. So he's inadvertently playing into their hands and now a bunch of amped up fatties will now be gunning for him with letters and other shit to the network behind his show.

This man needs to be fined and the monies donated to feminist causes. How dare he work hard on improving himself and showing it off. Doesn't he know there are people out there that are struggling to get off the couch to get that next pint of ice cream?

On the lighter side of things, she's probably upset because she fantasizes him eating her out, knowing full well he will only take on a challenge that he has a shot at completing.

He really packed on some weight while doing that show. At one point he did the show but let other people eat (I think I saw at least one episode like that). But it was a great show got to see a lot of places that served some serious food.

Congrats to him for losing some weight and for telling the fuckers off.

I've always thought of banging a fat chick as a type of food challenge. You've got way more than what you really need or want, it's bound to get sloppy, you feel sick to your stomach afterwards, and you can always entertain your friends with the story of it later.

I thought fat chicks were like mopeds. Fun to ride until your friends find out.

I don't have cable anymore but when I did, that show used to make me feel sick...

Dude should have lifted heavy before partaking in those eating marathons! He would probably be squatting 405+ by now. [Image: lol.gif]

From the fatty's article:

"Without context, thinspiration may not seem like a bad word, but a simple Google search proves that it was created by a community of people with eating disorders to inspire each other to continue and celebrate their illnesses."

I am either crazy, or that is EXACTLY what "fat acceptance" is.

My bro ran into him in a brewery getting a growler fill and my bro said he was ignoring people left and right and said I just want my beer, leave me alone and all these people were standing around shocked that he didn't kiss ass and sign autographs. We need more "celebrities" like this

^Forced by the show.

Ironic how the Duck Dynasty guys told people to go fuck themselves and didn't back down.

They're still going strong.

So now it's essentially bad to be proud of being in shape.

Fatties can go fuck themselves into hell.

Fucking land manatee. I can never get over the attitude (by anyone) that no one should be able to improve themselves.

You know, if that fat bitch dyed her hair red, wore heart-shaped sunglasses with a sheer top so you could see her bra ..... she'd still be over 400 pounds.

We've gotta do something about these forced apologies.

His apology had a secret FU message:

Quote:Quote:

"I want to apologize for my inexcusable remarks. My behavior was unbecoming and unacceptable. I've long struggled with my body image and have worked very hard to achieve a healthy weight

Adam Richman was HUUUGE. That show Man vs Food was absolutely killing him towards the end of the series. The amount of weight he has lost is note worthy especially since his job was essentially going around and eating food challenges at different restaurants on TV.

Good for him for sticking to his guns. He's a great TV personality and an inspiration on how fitness can be adapted into ones life.

Personally, I'd like to see him continue to do Man vs Food while having a heavy work out routine. Eat hard work out hard.

All in all, respect!

Hate to be the voice of dissent, but theres nothing commendable about this guy.

There's no glory in stuffing your fat fucking face with pastrami sandwiches, bacon, and t-bone steaks on live TV.

Richman has done more to promote fat acceptance than hed like to admit.

Kudos to him for losing some weight, though.

I respectfully disagree. The man is a scholar and a gentleman.

Here here, Mr.Richman!

I fail to see how. Do people involved in auto racing promote reckless driving and speeding?

I really can't respect this guy after he apologized, though. If your career doesn't permit you to live your life honestly you should find a new gig. Apologize to keep your bread money and you're just another shitty shill, IMO.
