"The Heat Death of Democracy" - A Spot on article about the school system

Good read.
And this is why I implore highly intelligent men to teach.
My classroom is chaotic, full of cursing, criticism and arguments. But we push the boundaries. We get shit done.

They must be talking about middle/upper class suburban schools.
Rural and inner city schools tend to have much bigger issues than whether or not Google is spending money on Girl's Learning Python. Some of it is inadequate funding, most of it is that the parents are inadequately educated themselves, and don't understand how fucking serious education. Immigrants to this country understand it, natives don't seem to.
I see this same sort of thinking, that Political Correctness is ruining education: being applied to colleges. But they're specifically talking about Liberal Arts, Humanities, and the Social Sciences. And most of the classes they complain about are being attended by small #'s of people at elite schools. Most girls aren't getting degrees in Gender studies, they're doing it business, communications, nursing, and pre-med majors.
So while the Sociology Department is saying X,Y, and Z, The business, engineering, and the sciences are chugging along, with little to say.
As many women as you can pack into calculus, drafting, or introduction to C++, if they don't have the innate desire to solve for x, no amount of coddling will make them do it.
Arguably the point of college is Humanities, an idea which made sense up until the 50's?
But in modern times, college is about preparing people for the workforce, not for the life of the mind.
And if you go to college to get into the workforce, all the stuff that people are complaining about happens in other buildings that you have little contact with.

This is the opening paragraph of the article.

In something called Upshot, apparently the love child of the New York Times, I find a piece by a negligible robot happily chronicling the failures of boys in school. This has become a ritual for feminists and pussy-whipped male Sonderkommandos. If smugness and condescension were oil, these talk-wagging unmen would be gushers, maybe a gas field.
I just became a fan of this guy.

This is Fred from Fred on Everything. Decades of great material, and he's been living a Rooshtafarian lifestyle since before Roosh was born, from Vietnam to Mexico. He's currently shacked up with a cute Mexican girl 30 years younger than him, living the life with a location independent income from his writing.
