Actually for Halle Berry long hair made her look more mediocre, it hid her cheekbones. There is a very rare specific face that is made for short hair.

There should be a hair thread. Beyond the whole pixie-cut versus regular length hair, there's a difference between girls with shoulder length and longer hair, with the latter being more attractive. Up to a point, a girl will look better the longer her hair is. Some girl have hair that's thin, scraggly, or dead-looking while others have a beautiful and healthy sheen to their hair. It can make a big difference in attractiveness.

This thread just amplifies my absolute hatred of short hair in women, at least in women under 30. My brother says it can look OK, but only in girls of exceptional facial beauty. However, if a girl looks good with short hair, she'd look a lot better with long hair. 100% of the time. 100%

The thing to keep in mind is that Beyonce doesn't naturally have much hair to begin with. That shit was all weave. Personally, I don't like weave and many black women have that shit (with the exception of mixed/carib women, latinas, and Ethiopians).

That's a common sticking point for black men who don't like dating black (American) women.

Also, Beyonce prob got the idea to go "natural" from her younger sister, Solange, who made the same decision a few years ago.



Knowing how uncomfortable weave is for many black women, I can't say I'm mad at Bey for going that route.

Since I brought up Solange btw, I have the funniest story about her. I went to the Essence Music Festival in New Orleans back in 2008 and met her there.

My boys and I got a table at the best club on Saturday night that weekend. We had a flock of chicks in our section until LL Cool J came through and posted up in the VIP table next to ours. The baddest chicks in our crew literally followed him out of the club.

Later on Solange came through with a couple of her friends. I approached (this is what she looked like at the time).



We began dancing and after a couple songs I asked her for a pic with her. She was like I'm not doing pics this weekend but you can take one of me (the one I took above). I was mad arrogant then so I was kinda annoyed by that answer and by her homegirl who was a straight up tomboy that was mean muggin' me the whole time.

Fast forward to the next day where me and one of my boys in my crew hit up some fancy restaurant to do brunch. Can't remember the name but it was a very well-known spot on Canal Street. Few minutes after we're seated Solange comes through with her tomboy friend and a couple of big bodyguards. Her entourage sat at the table next to mine. I had on a shirt saying "DC" and noticed her checking me out the whole time. My boy and I happened to be joking about Mike Tyson and his vocabulary skills and I told my friend that I would approach Solange and ask her if she wanted to have sex with me (for kicks). My boy was like "nah, use Mike Tyson vocab...ask her if she'll 'fornicate' with you." I was like cool.

So we text our other boys to come through to witness the "black Ashton Kutcher" do his thing haha. They came over to the resto and I asked one of them to record it but he was nervous that one of her burly bodyguards would snatch his new camera and break it or some shit. So anyway, as we're leaving, I make sure to stop in front of Solange's table and ask her if she'll fornicate with me. Her jaw dropped completely and her mean ass bodyguard looked at me with a serious face and said "come again bruh?" I repeated the question and then started walking fast out the door behind my boys. As I'm walking down Canal Street, I look behind me and notice the bodyguard following and saying "Hold up! Come over here!" I started hauling ass and lost him due to the huge crowd of people on Canal Street.

In hindsight, I should have just stayed and let her bodyguard assault me so I could sue her, Bey and, hell, Jay-Z too!
