Indians have basically gone extinct.
Where? The USA?
As Scotian mentioned, there are still tons of them in Canada and many more in Central and South America. Half of Mexican genetic material comes from indigenous American sources, and the vast majority of the Mexicans you run into in the states carry significant Native American ancestry. There are still entire nations that are predominantly indigenous (ex Bolivia), nevermind the examples that are predominantly Mestizo (ex: Peru).
The Native American hasn't gone anywhere, at least not in the grand scheme of things. Their genetic legacy is all over the place, even if it isn't as obvious in the states anymore. That persistence is impressive, given the all out biological and physical assault that was waged upon them for centuries.

Their way of life was superior to ours, yet the beta white men have replaced them.
How does one explain the contradiction? Did the weak replace the strong or is the white man's way of worshiping women the right way to produce a strong civilization?
No, the white man's way of building and maintaining advanced weaponry was the way to produce a strong civilization, alongside the emphasis on strict military discipline, rigorous/objective trial and error and the use of free men as warriors. These are the things that allowed the Western European (particularly the Anglo-Saxon) white man to take over the world by the close of the nineteenth century.
Their betatude did not preclude their expressing any of these factors. Discipline, biology and intellectual curiosity (and objectivity) are what largely made the European rise a reality, and none of these things are exclusive to alphadom. Western men were betas, but they were
greater betas: disciplined, infused with a strong sense of duty/honor (this in turn bred courage/bravery), free, and fairly bright. That's enough.
Of course, that betatude could (actually, probably will) bring down the whole thing they fought to build when all is said and done, but it certainly didn't stop them from getting it up there.
