Bouncer Documentary

For those of us who have had venue trouble:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=muFWIJHDCaQ

Interesting quote: "bouncers are not allowed to hit someone, they're only around to restrain." This doc was made 10 years ago, but I'm pretty sure the rules are the same.

Watched the first three minutes and it looks interesting. Will definitely finish it. Maybe you can figure out how to talk those cats into letting you back into your poosy paradise. Wait is that a forum meme, poosy paradise?

I was actually going to post this as I saw it on the Hollywood promoter blog, but then when I got like section 3 or 4, youtube blocked it for copyright violation. It was pretty good up till that point.

The scariest bouncer in there is that old man from England. That is a dude I would not fuck with even if he is a senior citizen.

Is Poosy paradise the venue where you have most success or is some other thing?

The closest thing to that for me has been entering a game-worm hole, where one weekend everything seemed to click and I ended up pulling a threesome, and then a girl off the street- all new chicks. It really felt like I stepped into another universe.

My days of fighting with bouncers are over but they will hit you. I've probably been in about 50 full on brawls with them over the years. The problem is if you are getting fucked with by them because some girl didn't like your roll or something. It makes you violent. The trick is to get a jump on them and get the fuck out before they can assemble.

My solution is to only go to places with no security where I seem to do the best anyway.

The last time I got bounced it was because a girl was in the mens room and she unlocked the door just to grab a girlfriend and pull her in while I was waiting to take a leak. I grabbed her by her head and ripped her and her friend out of there. When I got out a bouncer was waiting for me. I told him I would leave gracefully and if he touched me we were going to go at it. He went for my arm and I dodged it and cocked back then put my hands in the air and started walking to the door. The owner of the bar called me the next day. Some of the people there who know me told him he just fucked himself in a bad way because I'm crazy. I told him that I was pissed and if I had that problem there he obviously didn't have enough bathrooms for his place/capacity because dudes are out back pissing in the alley which is right behind our Greek church. I did the Greek thing and made troll comments to the Mayor and city manager also a couple clergymen. He's now in Violation $$ As far as the bouncer goes he got a pass that day. If my cousins were in the place we wouldn't let them do shit like that. They will have to pay

I've worked "security" for a few private establishments and the documentary is spot-on. I will say that I never worked at any of the clubs shown in this film, or anything remotely approaching. My experience with guys who bounce at the big clubs is that they are primed and look forward to beating people up. Not my thang.
Good bouncers are like Mr. T (who used to bounce). They get the job done just by being there. No need for fistcuffs if you've got the situation under control.
