Yes,but polish for example are more close to Ukrainian or Czech as mentality than to German.This is because they are both slavic.Mediteranean women(Greek,Italian,Spanish) also display considerable differences but they are more close to each other in mentality and appearance than they are to Germanic or Slavic.Only in areas of mix(Slavic-Germanic,Slavic-Mediteranean) some confusion can spread about true identity.

Also the Asian women you are referring to probably display lots of common features which are very different from western ones.
