I heard conflicting reports about the visitors policy at Renaissance so I called the hotel myself to verify a couple weeks ago. Each guest is allowed to bring two registered visitors. The girls (visitors) you bring to the hotel have to check-in at the front desk and show ID. Apparently this is done for the safety of the guests as some of these DR girls can get pretty wild

I only went there for the casino. Ali stayed there a couple nights at first. Ill ask him.
