Safety brief & Disclaimer:
I wanna start this thread with, if you stubble around in Santo Domingo drunk and retarded(for a extended period of time...), I guarantee you either a Dominican ass whopping, loss of life or robbery. While this is a fun city, it is a Latin American concrete jungle. There are very rich people here, even by American standards,(they say it’s the #1 country in the world for money laundering) as well as those who are poor to the point of desperate hunger. So while you have a lot of information about the safe and “peligroso” areas don’t be stupid.
The good thing is I don’t expect many westerners to not be freaked the F%# out when they see some of these areas anyway. Some are obviously very sketchy, but even the nice areas attract the “tigueres”(thugs) looking for a quick stick up. Remember FEAR IS GOOD. Its just your body telling your drunk brain, this isn’t a good situation.
So be safe!!!
While Dominicans fundamentally are beautiful people inside and out, when you are starving, YOU ARE STARVING. This makes us look like a steak dinners, so protect yourselves by staying smart.

I very fundamentally disagree with the suited up game (except Fri, and Sat) here, just because the cost versus benefits. I prefer to not be a target for the robbers, and have to DHV with “speaking English” to the superficial girls.

My Experiences with Robbery: I have been here more times than I can count, and I have been “setup” for a robbery or worse at night several times over. Three times I have got out of view of my followers briefly and removed my blazer, hat, and button up shirt. Then rolled them up in my hand and walked right by the “predators” in the middle of a crowed or small group of people. This shows that, they have no idea what I specifically look like. So they were not following me per-se, they were following... English or the baseball cap, or blazer jacket.

So remember this... SANTO DOMINGO IS DANGEROUS and you should be fine.
AND DON’T DRINK THE WATER!!!

TOP#9 Scams or set-ups(The Santo Domingo Dominican thought process)
#1 “Your drunk... let me take you away from the tourist police area(robbery)
#2 I speak English.... A.K.A. give me money and I will help you do basic things.
#3 You’re a gringo... I will charge you 3X more
#4 Even though you give me consistent business.. I will raise price every time.
#5 “I will have sex with you and ask for money after, even if im not a pro”
#6 “I am underage but don’t look like it, I will threaten to call the cops if you don’t give me money, BTW there are others in on this scam waiting outside”
#7 “I hungry my friend!!!... even though all my clothes are new, and clean”
#8 “I will take you to a dance club, many many girls!!! By dance club, I mean whore house.
#9 “ I will sell you something that’s not even mine”





SDQ- The Airport
When you get of the airplane:
#1 Get your tourist card
#2 go through customs
#3 pass through arrivals
#4 Buy your claro chip in the phone store up the escalator near, the second deck. Make sure your phone is unblocked. They can do it there if need be.
#5 Hungry!!! There are a few descent places to eat. My favorite is the pizza place that sits on the right hand side of the airport. Once you walk out of arrivals past the crowed waiting for international arrivals, look to the right and you will see it.
#6 “Taxi” will be screamed at you several times in this area. Its annoying. But be careful, people have been followed from the airport to there destination and robbed. Or been taken in to bad neighborhoods and robbed by the taxis friends. PM ME for numbers to trustworthy cabs. I usually have a laptop, iphone and ipad when I arrive. That alone is a years worth of salary for many dominicans. So I pay the extra 10 dollars for a safe and secure ride. I have caught the public bus, but you go through the worse part of east Sto Dgo. Not a good idea with luggage. I never pick up a taxi there.



PLACES:

Boca Chica-

Negative: A beach that resembles a kiddy pool. If you are into beaches this place will just piss you off. There are pros everywhere.

Positive: If you have a chick you value from DR, this place is ideal during the day. Take her there. Take a bottle of liquor with you from a local liquor store to the beach, then buy ice and mixers from a restaurant on the beach. As long as your buying juice and mixers they don’t mind you using the chairs and facilities. This cuts your expenses by 80 percent.
If your hungry, grab some fresh fish and fried plantains from one the stands that parallel the street. Buy Only the ones with fully-submerged fish in the marinade. Trust me on that one. My favorite is one of the places near the main road in front. There is a row of them, that you cant miss. They will cook it right in front of you.

Also, there are a few resorts there; I have no interests in such places so I wont expand on them. But they are very nice, so ...If thats what you like, to each there own. Just be ready to bang other tourist, or pro it up!!!

Also, on Mondays there is a club in boca chica, that is the place to be for locals. I pulled 3 groups of chicks in 10 mins. All of them groups of 3s. One for Me, one for Ali, and one for our Taxi driver.

Santo Domingo Este-
Most of the really dangerous neighborhoods are here or near the river that separates east from west. I would advise anyone who doesn’t look Dominican or Haitian, and speak Dominican Spanish to stay the #$@#$% outta here. I used to hate the fact that
I even have to drive through here to the airport. But, when
I have very little money on person and I am dressed down, I walk around there regularly. But again, I am not easily disguised from a local.
Here is a list of don’t go places. BUT...Ali and I have walked through most of them at night, but I was on my game times 10.(Again, dont try this at home) He says he would have gotten robbed several times over, if he went alone. (I easily pass as a local Moreno and he is a Rubio. If you don’t understand what I just said then you shouldnt be on your way to DR.)

You SHOULD be safe places:

Zona Colonial- The tourist district. This place has a few good bars and clubs.. There are many tourist, pro’s, normal chicks ect. PM me for names of current hotspots around here. I would stay here initially, if you don’t speak Spanish. The tourist police are very active in protecting foreigners, and you can use this as a starting point.
But also be advised that this is also a world known Gay sex tourist area. You will see 80yr white men, with 18yr domincans boys. But, gays don’t do... dangerous places. So its pretty safe. There are many many girls walking around and many speak English here. PM ME for list of hotspots in this area.



Malicon
There are a few good casinos and clubs on the strip here. I have taken a girl home from each one. SHOUT OUT TO EL-MECHANICO, he pioneered the Casino game that I followed. Jaragua is the best, but any cab can take you to each one.

If you strike out and its 4:30 at night... there are girl(whore) houses that are closing in this area. You will see the absolute highest quality girls getting off from work here. If your game is tight you can take them home from off the street, when they are getting off. Ali, can attest, to me running my game and seducing, one as she got off. But, your game should be tight. PM-ME if you want to know what type game I run here. I don’t want every Fucker running around duplicating and saturating my styles or approaches.

Avenida Venezuela... Club district.

This is real Dominican local club district. Very superficial, money is thrown around, and its actually in a neighborhood that if you stumble outside of, you will be definitely robbed. Do not set foot off of the immediate area. But you will know better once you get there. LOL

Naco- Upper Class Dominicans. There are many people in this area paying 3000-5000 dollars a month for there condo. These are the Dominicans who don’t walk outside without bodyguards. Being a gringo does nothing here, they all have been to the states and other countries and know they are more exotic to the west than we are...as Americans. LOL

But If your game is good, you can pull a hot chick with money, out of a discoteca around here. The music here will be more techno, electronic, versus tradition bachata. and salsa.

Game:
Pua style- Street approaches are harder than in the US by a factor of 3. This is a country that everyone is trying to scam others out of money, at any second. So people liturally ignore everyone around them, even when spoken to directly. Its rude to an American but it has its place. Don’t confuse this with a bitch shield, they don’t have them. This is a defense mechanism, to not have to tell everyone every five feet NOOO!!!

Day game-
Bars, and restaurants are the best. Girls are much more receptive and will talk very easily. This includes the service workers and bartenders. Universities are very secure, and its kind tough being that there is no campus life. Anywhere off the street is good for day game.

Night game-
Clubs and casinos. The girls in clubs are easy to game. You expect the US bitch shield, but its not there. Just walk up and talk. Buy them a drink if you want. Then venue change, let them think they are leading you to another spot even if you know where they are taking you. Divert to a liquors store, for what they view as high-end liquor, then proceed to your hotel bar, AKA your room. Every girl, who say tequila is a bird in the hand. I have yet, to not hit a girl who asked for tequila shots and after number 4, it is over. I had a half Thai and half Dominican chick with a stripper booty. I almost sent here home, because she had a weird personality, then I accidentally felt her ass. She ask for tequila, and tequila she received.
