DHT is a sex steroid. Completely preventing the conversion of any testosterone into DHT does not strike me as healthy, is definitely not natural, and it personally affected my ability to get an erection.
It took about a month after being off it for everything to return to normal.
If people want to try it, go ahead. But they also need to know the risks.
I had the best results regrowing and maintaining hair with the combo of finasteride and minodoxil but I was not a fan of the sides.
