This stupid throw-away line always pisses me off. As though it's that simple. Tell it to the gag reflex. Tell it to the feeling that it would take a plunger to force the next mouthful down.
Eating is an action. Not eating is an inaction. To not eat you just need to sit still. That's easy, fighting against your stomache and your nausea everyday is not.
