Cuiaba. Totally out of the beaten tracks, good ratio of hot girls. Make a side trip to Cacares, and then maybe push to Porto Velho. And don't forget to make a three or four days adventure trip in Pantanal.
Don't forget to eat the delicious river fish (pacu, pintado, dourado) soups.
