After 10 years, the success rate of reversal can drop to as low as 25%
Very much depends on how the testicles react to the vasectomy. Apparently reconnecting the pipes is easy enough but some balls get so clogged with sperm over time that they stop sperm production. That cannot be reversed, unless some surgeon invents a ball transplant procedure.
