That said, as an American, I'd say I am stupid in someways. I can be headstrong to a fault at times.
But, I think it's more a matter of men in general being naive. You can't have options if you don't know that they exist. If most men knew about game, and saw the real results, I'd bet things would change rather quickly.

Scandinavia is a different culture, there is not this fake macho crap you find in other western countries and feminism has been drilled into to the point that women will not allow you to buy them a drink.
Women seem to like men that dress metro-sexual and are a bit effeminate.
