The reason we Americans don't play soccer is because we have already kicked the Europeans' asses in every other imaginable venue, so we want to leave something for them to have all to themselves.
Also, the best football player in the world is a better athlete than the best soccer player in the world.

I hate Canadians smug entitlement towards Hockey. Canada at the World Jrs tried to bully evreybody around to hide the holes in our and this year. We just got raped 10 times over by Finland whom clearly had it for our necks. The 3rd was a gong show of sloppy Canada play and dumb penalties. Nothing wrong with swagger and confidence, but the smug arrogance in team national sports at times always turns me off.

There's lot of people who worship people like Stephen Colbert, Christopher Hitchens, Jon Stewart, and Bill Maher. These guys along with other people who have similar shticks don't appeal to me at all. First of all, I don't think they are particularly brave or daring for saying/writing the stuff they say. They have all managed to get a position where they are not only allowed but expected to say things in public that would get other most other people into hot water. All of these people are brands and their brand value would drop if they didn't go out of their way to stir the pot. Each of these people are the modern equivalent of medieval court jesters - they are allowed to state their opinions because people know they ultimately do not have any actual power in the same way a jester was allowed to tell the cold, harsh truth to the king because the jester wraps up what he says with humor and wit which is pleasing to people and because those who are in power know this guy does not have the power to actually change anything. If a politician or someone who actually had something to lose starting talking in the same way these guys do I would be impressed with his balls even if I didn't agree with his stances.
And I also don't like the fact that each of these people are treated as profound thinkers or intellectuals. John Locke had a brief section in 'An Essay Concerning Human Understanding' talking about the difference between possessing wit which these men do possess in great abundance as opposed to to possessing good judgement and reason. "That men who have a great deal of wit, and prompt memories, have not always the clearest judgement of deepest reason...For wit lying most in the assemblage of ideas, and putting those together with quickness and variety...thereby to make up pleasant pictures and agreeable visions to the fancy". To restate in more modern language, we are more impressed with some guy who got dazzle us with some clever metaphor or quip that allows us to quickly grasp a connection between two or more ideas even if ultimately the connection is based on a premise that is only true based on a shallow understanding of whatever topic the quip is based on. Locke continues to talk about why this sort of stuff is brain candy for us "...wherein for the most part lies that entertainment and pleasantry of wit, which strikes so lively on the fancy, and therefore is so acceptable to all people, because its beauty appears at first sight, and there is no required labor of thought to examine what truth of reason there is in it".
So what does having good judgement and reason consist of? "Judgement, on the contrary, lies quite on the other side, in separating carefully, one from another, ideas wherein can be found the least difference, thereby to avoid being misled by similitude, and by affinity take one thing for another". This is something different from being able to come up with an one liner of the spot. Rather, it requires a person to sit down and really mull over what a proposition actually means and the one proposition does actually follow from another as opposed to being a non sequitur. People inclined to this sort of reasoning most likely are not going to have successful careers in stand up or writing for Cracked.
I'm sure I sound a super lameass buzzkill that can't get loose and have fun so I will say that ultimately I don't have any problem with people enjoying the material produced by entertainers like the ones I just described but it's the prime purpose is just entertainment with perhaps a bit of insight in the same fashion as Malcolm Gladwell's books.

I'm a big American football fan and can't think of a single player in the NFL who matches Cristiano Ronaldo or Ronaldinho in terms of athleticism. Personally, Rafael Nadal in his prime is probably the most athletic person of any sport.

Sometimes women really ARE raped and the guys who do it should be hanged. I know of a few cases myself and the girls never went to the police or pressed charges.
Women are much worse drivers than men but men can be huge assholes. I live and drive in Miami and not a day goes by where I don't want to kill at least 2 or 3 guys.
American football, golf and baseball are the most mind numbingly boring sports ever invented. Don't care much about basketball either but at least those guys have to run and sweat.
Hip hop/rap is ridiculous, childish and stupid and should disappear already.

-I'm not interested in getting "flags", a hot woman is a hot woman, I don't care where she's from, though I prefer natural blondes and white women anyway. I got with German chicks in Germany and that was great cause I particularly like German blonde chicks' features.
-You American guys are bored of fucking your own women cause they're so easy and that's why you're now hunting for flags, because what you really need is a challenge and a sense of achievement. But women in my own town are more challenging and difficult than I need so I don't need to search for a challenge elsewhere, in fact my future pickup travel plans are for places where girls are easier, even if less hot, I've reached saturation in terms of Romanian hot women. Still, collecting "flags" is not of interest to me.

Yeah, guess what, California is where it is most profitable to produce entertainment products in the US, they have all sorts of tax incentives to attract business there, in addition to all the existing infrastructure to produce products there.
And I don't know the exact percentage but I bet close to 75% if not more of all professional movies are made in the US. Actors and actresses from all over the world come to California to get a shot at being a star. It's the US, if you can make it here you can make it anywhere!
Lastly, you are pointing out porn stars as an example of American girls being sluts...no shit! Their job is to have sex on camera! Of course they are going to be sluts. That is their livelihood.

Unfortunately for us, there are quite a few Romanian chicks that are cam girls for American betas in private (there are a few videochat studios and some girls are working by themselves) but the same girls will be acting like they're nuns when dating a Romanian guy, they keep their activity hidden from the Romanians, the sites they videochat on (and strip) can't even be accessed by Romanian IPs . The Romanian women's hypocrisy is huge, however the American women don't have a problem with the entire Earth seeing even their cervix or them getting gangbanged.
The reason why Romanians don't learn game, particularly in my town, is that it is hard to live a player life with women constantly trying to drag you in relationships before having sex and apart from that around 20% of the women are bitchy, most are flakey and I know guys that have said that they're not willing to put up with that, not everybody is willing to get stepped all over by women, so Romanian guys just surrender and have it the women's way, they get in relationships. Relationships are the best way for them to get sex here. I am more stubborn and will not have it the women's way, but it's no walk in the park to try to get bangs fast here.
