Agreed marriage is considered normal, and that hooking up/developing game is much more difficult due to this factor. However, the wife submitting to the husband is still considered very normal as well.

People here are saying things like "Indian men have to buy their wives stuff their whole life", "Indian men never approach during daytime" or "Indian movies are beta", which are all true things. None of these things are unique to India.

There is a small percentage of guys in the US who can go through girls (naturals and guys on RVF), but the vast majority of guys in the US are nowhere near this level and basically do the same things as Indian guys (with similar results)

I don't think you understood that I was being overly general with regards to poorer communities and I wasn't by any means intending to compare the two cultures and imply that they would even be remotely similar with regards to male empowerment and game.

Fact is that I was born into the Indian culture and understand the mentality really well. Another fact is that I wear an incredibly tight straightjacket from this culture that I find hard to shake off even though I have made headway in the past. If you read some of my other posts you will realize that I walked around with this straightjacket during a trip to India-Thailand-Stockholm-Helsinki in 2011. My trip report, as a result, was not able to add but marginal value to a gamer from the western sphere that is from a more liberal open and empowered culture.

Understand that this is a straightjacket because it impedes pretty much every action I take with girls. For example, in my younger days in the Navy, I would see a chick, game her and she probably would have been ready to bang. However, I wasn't able to get the bang because the straightjacket sent a signal to my head that implied the following restrictions. What I will also do is try to segregate what was Indian versus what would be an American restriction:

1. What will your parents think? (Indian)
2. What will your friends think? (Indian)
3. What will the Indian community think? (Indian)
4. If you like her, you will "have" to get married to her; she's not Indian; that is not going to work. (Indian)
5. I'm scared and nervous of sex. (Anglo and Indian)

So, as you can see my Indian mental state put 6/7 restrictions on me versus if I were completely American, it would have been just one or some extremely smaller variation of the others. Anyways, for me, the situation is the opposite and I try to fight it just like many Indian men out there. So, here I am.

So I would agree with your assessment of the magnitude of the differences but I'm not sure it would be any different for you if you were born there and grew up with the same cultural restrictions.

But if you are an indian who has not traveled outside the country, there is more than 99.9% chance that you will follow these norms. That depends on where you are and the class of people you associate with. One admirable quality about Indian men is that they will do anything to protect their mothers and sisters. They want their mothers taken care of in old age and sisters married off to a decent guy that will take care of them. These are also the brothers that will put in cash for dowries a lot of the time because the parents can’t come up with all of it. The lower the level of society, the more true this is. The opposite may be true as you get to the more elite crowd. I experienced this during my trip to New Delhi in India among the young kids I worked (23-24) with who were from that higher end niche of society.

So it’s either the above or Vorkuta’s mates are likely not that close to him and see him as a threat. I would definitely introduce my close friends to my sister; however, if I’m not close and know that a dude is in it for the game why would I introduce you? I mean anyone that has a high income; e.g. look for girls that are dressed well, period; that's not hard in a crowd of mostly badly dressed chunky and ugly women. I will talk about New Delhi because I have been there and experienced and made friends with girls from work there that I keep in touch with. You will find them in all the major malls of New Delhi. If they're not with their brother, dad or mom, and/or their boyfriend, I would say they're fair game. They took me out one day for shopping and I wanted to get them out for the night. However, they had to go back because their dads must have collectively placed a fucking curfew. India is far too diverse to put into a neat box and say 'this is how game works in India' or even 'this is what India is'. I'll try to answer your question though.

Some states are more liberal than others. Bihar is very conservative for example where as Gujarat is probably the most liberal state in my experience. However within the state of Gujarat there are differences. Surat girls are very open and outward looking but chicks in Ahmedabad less so. And further more in the West of the state, the women in the ran of Kutch are as conservative as their northern neighbours the Rajasthani's. A Ladakhi girl from Leh is much more open than one from Zanskar. Jalandher girls were more open than Amritsar chicks.

Let's first talk about locations and liberal areas:

The best places to target are Bombay and Delhi followed by the other metro cities. Followed by Kerala Christian girls, Gujarati girls but southern Gujarat not the north. Bengali chicks but only from Calcutta and upper class and Hindu. Punjabi girls but not Amritsar lerki's. Jalander is good. There are parts of india where everyone looks like that, about 5/24 states. You won't be treated the same as a north indian but you will be received with respect.

Northeastern Indians actually do receive some shit from mainstream Indians in northern India, but in a metropolis like Delhi or Agra or where-have-you this is less pronounced. Anyways, you are a foreigner, so you'll be treated with respect by default. This respect is compounded if you speak good English, hail from a western country, and have bank.

You won't bang Indian chicks in a hotel room. It is not discrete enough. You will need to get your own place. If you rent a place then your options widen significantly.

As mentioned many Indians look similar-ish to you. I don't know much about Assam, Aranuchal Pradesh etc. but you might want to try that area. A lot of Christians up that end too who might be more liberal. I'm no expert on the north east of India so can't offer much advice about the region.

The thing is you are better targeting western backpackers in India. There are 1000's of horny girls on their own looking for travelling companions over there. Travel around and you can't fail if you have any kind of game. In winter hit Goa or Hampi or Rajasthan doing the circuit. Then in Summer hit Manali or Dharamsala or Leh. And further more in the West of the state, the women in the ran of Kutch are as conservative as their northern neighbours the Rajasthani's. Not on average but the top ones matched anything in Russia etc. I've digressed, target upper elite women and you can bang them with game but not sleazy fake alpha game. So you can get laid there but you need time there or an introduction to a social circle and cultural understanding on some level is pretty vital in my experience. An NRI with game and looks would do well in Bombay. Everyone wants access to the next level in Bombay so people will do what it takes. Thousands of dancers looking for access to the right casting agent. If you have the contacts then your bed won't be empty for long. If there is a country in the world where the old 'casting agent' girl scam would work then it's Bombay. I could fuck hundreds of girls there if I had the inclination to set something up. I'm Gujarati and family comes from Kutch, what you say about Gujarat is spot on. Ahmadabad is highly religious too and full of temples and mosques which contributes to it not being a place to game.

The other thing is it's difficult to get a beer in Ahmedabad with it being a dry state. There used to be a milkman ( dudhwallah ) who would come round on his bicycle every morning with urns strapped to his bicycle. One urn was full of milk and the other had bottles of whiskey hidden in it that he'd deliver for a price. I used to go down to the beaches of Diu for beer instead but it was a shitty place full of drunk Indian dudes.

yeah it's a dry state but you can get a license to buy beer. Diu is a nice ex Portuguese colony so it's laws are bit lax when it comes to alcohol.

NYC is a joke though, Monday - Sunday you can close with relative ease, too dense, just get a spot in manhattan and the game ends.
