So I was browsing through Arts majors at the University of Melbourne which is where I want to study, and found they only offer Gender Studies as a minor and not a major. Which can only be a good thing.
(FYI I'll be majoring in Finance & Economics)
Then I looked up the majors of it's arch nemesis Monash University, and found they offer two separate majors for Women and Gender Studies. It's almost the norm for students to take double majors in Australia so theoretically a feminist could graduate having majored in both.
Can anyone clarify what the difference is?
