Not really aware of any events going on this time of year, a shit ton of stuff pops off between late spring - early fall.

As far as stuff to do during the day, most of what I'd know about or recommend is touristy stuff, so locals will probably think it's shit, but here's a little list:

Visit SF Museum of modern art, de Young museum, golden gate park, Delores park on weekend, shopping in Union Sq., visit Ocean/Baker beach, hike trails along cliffs towards GG Bridge, walk across GG bridge, walk or ride bike down Embarcadero (stop for beer and check out bay), check out Haight-Ashbury, get burrito in Mission Dsct., take a tour to Alcatraz, visit Coit tower, telegraph hill, Lombard St, hang out at a cafe

I was young when I visited so I can't give much input on what you are looking to find out. I just remember it was a hell of a cool city in terms of archiecture and lay out. Lots of hills and I know rent or buying homes is expensive as shit. I definitely want to go back and check it out. I do remember there being a ton of gays and homeless people as well. I saw more homeless in San Fran than in anywhere even in Brazil or the US. It had the biggest homeless population of anywhere I've been. You'd go into public restrooms in Fishermans Warf and there were hobos brushing their teeth in the bathrooms. At stop lights hobos try and wash your windows and expect money. It can get rather annoying. South Beach has a ton as well. Getting asked for ciggarettes 10 times a day while walking to work and lunch gets pretty annoying as well. Every now and then I'll buy one a tea or something like that at Davids cafe though if they are polite about asking.

Yeah. I actually have my spots and my connects out there. I just moved out of there last summer, and lived there for a few years, so I know where to go and what to see. I was just wondering if any guys on here had specific intel about a specific event or party going on. Most likely one of my friends out there would probably know the same thing. This forum is mad global so I figured it's worth checking here too just to have my bases covered.

So,

I'll be leaving San Francisco soon. I was here for just a few days, without the explicit purpose of skirt chasing, but I had to go out at least once just to check out the environment, as a sociological experiment.

And that is what I did, with the great stein, who was a host nothing short of amazing.

We went out bar hopping on the venues there at Polk Street (Hemlock, Lush Loune and another one I can’t recall).

So, I’ll start with some freeform exposure of my impressions, with the disclamer that I only spent a few days, and only went out at night once, on a packed Saturday.

I spent most of my time roaming the city and sightseeing during the day. From early on, I had the impression that the level of talent was low. Face and body –wise, girls seemed very bland. I wouldn’t say “ugly”, but I didn’t see anything worth pursuing with much gusto, but I wondered if it would be any different at night. It wasn’t.

Some very much needed note on where I stand: I’m used to Brazilian girls (especially from Rio) and the hardcore psycho-bitches from Hawaii, where I lived for a while.

In my short stay, I felt that the biggest problem with San Francisco is the lack of talent. Girls, look-wise, are mediocre at best. I didn’t feel inspired to push it at all with them.

But I can say that I was very amazed and even happy to realise that girls here are very friendly, easy to open and they will easily indulge in conversation. All that lacks is motivation to actually invest much in them, as they are not that attractive.

I might be biased because of Hawaii. Quality looks-wise was never a problem, the local girls are complete stunners. But they were also the worst breed of female I have ever had the displeasure to deal with, all due to their extreme bitchiness and lack of human feelings.

In San Francisco the girls were very friendly and indulging. It was very relieving for me, to approach girls and don't be scolded straight away. I could open them by being nice and friendly, who'd guess? I haven't been able to do that in a while. I’d say they’d be good friends... but that is not what we expect from girls, right?

There are plenty of Asian (not half as good looking as their Hawaiian counterparts), Indian, Black and Hispanic girls as well, which I found a very interesting experience. I’ve never approached an Indian girl before. Cool.

San Francisco was quite a sausage fest, but guys were less aggressive and threatening then what I had to deal with in the recent past. The guys seem to lean more to the soft side, as I approached a good number of girls with boyfriends, even right next to them, and they didn’t react in any way. Cool!

I had the impression that the girls were (way) easier than Hawaii, but not as easy (at least in kissing) as in Brazil. I had the impression that if I was to spend a fair amount of time here, it wouldn’t be that hard to get laid (unlike in Hawaii, where I had to work like a mule under the whip). The problem would be more to be motivated, as there aren’t many attractive girls. The ratios aren’t good -too much guys around- but they didn’t seem threatening enough to seem like competition. (Competition in Hawaii was fierce. Back home competition is not much of a problem for me).

That is a simple sketch of my humble stay in the city.

I just have to emphasize that Stein was a great host and buddy, and I am very pleased to have such a great medium as this forum that can link up people that share simila interests like that. It is good to make friends in such random circumstances.

Congrats on SF Amour , keep gaming.

It's great when guys report back after asking for advice. People who don't are users and losers.

Nice data sheet.

Your assessment of SF girls is spot on. When my friends from LA came up, they all said the same thing, "Wow! The girls here are really nice."

Guys complain about "American bitches," but then nice girls aren't hot enough for them.

Having lived in LA and SF, I'd choose SF girls over LA girls. SF girls are way more chill, less uptight about money, and more DTF.

In S.F., there are a lot of hot ones, too, but you need to be out at the "right" night. I put "right" in quotes because you can't know in advance.

Meeting hot ones in SF is like hunting. You gotta go out a lot to find the big game.

Lots of hot Russian women would go to Supperclub SF.

Lots of au pairs from Germany, Poland, Italy, and Brazil.

Day gaming in parks around noon can be a big score.

During Christmas, lots of Brazilian tourists. I met my first Brazilian at Ruby Skye during the holiday.

Some quality tail shows up at SFMOMA, too.

The hot Asian girls go to downtown bars like Temple.

Anyhow, nice write-up. +1.

Great sheet Amour. Very honest and accurate. I used to live in SF and know it quite well. I'm actually heading there next week. My biggest gripe was the physical mediocrity of the females. However, what they lacked in looks, their saving grace was their dtf attitude and overall chill vibe.

As Mike CF said, there are dope girls, but timing is of the essence. I really did have to hunt around the high end scene to end up meeting Brazilian, Russian and European chicks. SF can be like a mini-NYC if you are good at hunting for the right places. There are mad subcultures and societies layered all throughout that town. Definitely an interesting place and competition is nil (soft beta males or outright gay dudes abound).

Outstanding observation.

I've been meaning to do a data sheet myself.

In SF, guys who have nice bodies are presumed gay.

I take care of myself, look nice, have a good body. I'd hear, "Wow! I can't believe you're not gay."

I always pulled at 7 or better from MatrixFillmore (Latinas on Sunday night) or Ruby Skye (after 2 a.m.)

A lot of tech start-ups are in SOMA, and they hire pretty girls.

Lunch at one of the food trucks could lead to good results, too.

I just changed my dates of travel to SF to extend it by a couple of days after reading your mention of Matrix. It brought back memories! I will be there on Sunday the 12th.

Thanks for coming out Sat night, Amour!

It was fun meeting up with another member of my favorite internet hang-out. Amour is such a respectful and friendly guy. I'm glad he liked SF after his trials in Hawaii. Too bad Polk St. was a sausage-fest this weekend and the party ended at 1:45am - in some ways, we were just getting started.

Amour is right about the quality of talent, but compared to my usual fare of the-real-behemoths-of-silicon-valley [Image: shudder.gif], SF honeys win by a landslide - prettier, friendlier and plentiful [Image: kiss2.gif]. SF is a walkable, open-minded city where people like to socialize, so going-out at night there is always a breath of fresh air. If any of you guys are in/around the area, feel free to hit me up and I'll do my best to come hang-out. And in person, I won't address you by your internet-name [Image: wink.gif]

Finally guys, Amour doesn't have a lot of time left in the States so I've urged him to visit Vegas. It's a must-do on the to-do list of every up-and-coming G but he wasn't sure. Please encourage him!

Yeah sadly the quality and selection of women in SF is much better than where I'm at as well, but I've heard nothing but bad things about Silicon Valley.

SF does seem pretty hit or miss as far as seeing hot women goes, I've only been to Polk St. once like 5 years ago, so I barely remember it, but I heard there are typically quality women out there. The Marina was stacked just about every time I hit it, but that's a pretty specific demographic, white, yuppie, etc. Now that I've stepped up my fashion game, I'd like to go back.

I think a lot of it is also relative, coming from Rio and Honolulu I can understand how Amour wasn't impressed with SF talent.

It is good to hear that it's easy to get laid down there, SF is most likely where I will be moving to in the next couple years.

I was in my old stomping grounds this past week. Lots of interesting things happening in SF.

SOMA is still gentrifying and developing at a fast rate. Twitter is going to open an office on 10th and Market, which will bring 2,000 jobs to that neighborhood.

Linkedin is also opening an office in the city near the Tenderloin. That's also going to bring a bunch of jobs.

I hit up Union Square in a rare moment of free time to look for day game targets. Ended up finding two $100 bills on the ground that went right into my pocket. Nice win.

One of the highlights of my visit, of course being the Bay, was getting in some good eats. I've mentioned some noteworthy restaurants in prior posts, but here are some more I've discovered.

Sous Buerre Kitchen - Stopped through here with my team on the first night. Dope restaurant in the Mission. Be sure to try the Masami Wagyu Bavette Steak. Simply epic.

Mission Beach Cafe - Had brunch here yesterday with a long time friend. We sampled a few things and they were all dank. The pancakes were the best I've ever had anywhere. Real serious.

New Eritrea Restaurant - I always pay homage to my roots by getting some Eritrean/Ethiopian food. I've actually been to New Eritrea Restaurant before, but forgot to mention it on my last list. It's the real deal. I usually rock with the veggie combo. This restaurant is always busy with a diverse set of patrons. The service is excellent and the bar is fully stocked and extensive. It's honestly the best restaurant for injera that I've ever been to in the US. I think much of that has to do with the abundance of produce farms near the Bay Area, hence the reason for the fresh and tasty fruits and veggies.

There's some nightlife spots I specifically want to highlight:

Lusk - This venue is incredible. It's the type of elegance and ambiance I'm used to seeing in NYC. I went here on a Saturday night and was impressed (not an easy feat). I hear it's even better during happy hour. This is definitely where you go custom suited up. Bring your A game.

The District - Around the corner from Lusk. Slightly older women (late 20s/early 30s). it's a wine bar that chicks hit up usually after dinner to just chill out. Nice decor inside.

John Colins - Great bar with a dance floor. It starts filling up just after 11, so you want to get inside just before then.

All in all, SF is a solid all-around city. Maybe even my favorite in the States (I have a love/hate thing with NYC). SF is probably the freest city you'll find in the US.

Nice, good to hear you made it to Mission Beach Cafe, it's my favorite breakfast spot in SF, and I can honestly say some of the best breakfast I've had in my entire life. It's especially cool that just about everything they use is fresh, local, organic, and artisan quality ingredients.

I took a date to the SF Armory "Kink" Castle in the mission.

It is quite an experience, let me tell you.

Look it up on yelp, if you are coming to the bay, it is a must.

That's quite a broad question. Are you looking for daygame or nightgame? Are you more into mid-to-late-20s white girls, or younger party-type girls? Are you more into clubbing or sipping a drink at a jazz bar? From my time in SF (lived in the Bay for 3 years), I've noticed that its a very social circle/niche type of city - if you just go to any bar looking to approach girls, it probably won't go well. SF gets a bad rep because of that, but there are ways to succeed; you just need to find a place that is congruent with your personality type. I'll give a quick breakdown.

If you want to experience the typical SF bar scene (ie: mid-20s working white girls, tons of 5-7s, 2:1 guy/girl ratio or worse), go to Polk Street or The Marina. Some bars I'm familiar with include McTeague's (Polk St), Wreck Room (near Polk St), and the "Triangle Bars" - 3 bars on one intersection in The Marina - just tell your cab/uber driver "Triangle Bars" and he will know where to go. On the surface, it looks like it'd be easy to pull at these places since there is always a big crowd of people, and everybody seems to be wasted and DTF. I've never had the best experience, though. The ratios range from bad to atrocious (this is where the entire tech workforce goes), and the rejections can be brutal. I think most of my worst rejections have come in these bars. There is a club scene in SF, but its tiny compared to LA/NYC/Mia/LV, so I've never bothered going to those places since I now live in LA. I'd definitely feel out Polk St or Marina one of the nights, but get ready to make a lot of approaches. My friends who run this scene regularly get laid very occasionally.

If you're younger (<26-27) and like to dance, I'd check the events calendar at Ruby Skye, 1015 Folsom, Bill Graham, etc. Just google "San Francisco edm" and other variants of that. Tickets are usually cheap and can be bought in advance. The EDM scene in SF might be the best in the US, and there are tons of hot 18-22 DTF girls there. Girls are also way friendlier than at typical bars, and you'll have less competition. No huge need for social circle either, I've rolled solo to events before and always had a great time. If you're more into hanging out at a lounge, there are a lot of piano/jazz bars scattered throughout the city. I have less experience there, but I don't doubt that you'll meet some cute girls.

For daygame, I'd suggest Market Street and the Union Square area. There's always hundreds of tourists there, so its much easier to start a conversation. USF, SF State, and SFCC are all not too far away, but its summer now so there will likely be way fewer girls. Fort Mason (aka Frat Mason) is a big park where people go day drinking and there are a lot of cute girls, but its very social circle heavy and can be tough to actually meet anybody. I've had a great time there, but I've always gone with a group.

You know your personality more than anybody. I'd highly suggest going to places congruent with your personality, since the typical SF bar scene is full of overconfident 5s. You'll have more success in a niche scene. Hopefully this helps.

Thanks for the info, man. I'm white and I can pass for low to mid 30s, so I looking for white girls 30s and younger. I'm new to game, so I want the best odds I can get. Of course, I'd love to get laid, but I think my goal is just going to be working on approaches, getting comfortable opening girls, etc.

Oh darn........ The minute I saw you say white chicks, I shook my head..... But if you want to just practice approaching, then yes, I would recommend going to Market Street and also to the Westfield Mall on Powell Street. One of the best places in the Bay for day approaches.

I've only sparsely been to San Francisco, and do not know about conditions on the street so to speak.

If I can nevertheless add some value, since you're looking for "best odds" of meeting white girls, this map shows where the different races congregate in the US.

Here are a couple of links giving gender ratios of unmarried people in various neighborhoods / zip-codes by age group around the city, for what it's worth:

http://visualizing.nyc/bay-area-zip-codes-singles-map/

http://singlesatlas.com/cities/8c07d7b55...945ca51000

Local ratios seem decent in parts of the Marina, Berkeley and Oakland. When roaming the streets, supermarkets and cafés you will possibly see a reflection of that.

These sites are dope, and yes, seem to be pretty accurate. Mission is dude-heavy and the girls have fled SF en masse over to Oakland.

I'm sure there will be people around. It won't be as crowded as during the semester, but there should be more than enough girls. On the other hand, there are far more tourists (usually Europeans, but not only) in the Market Street area, and around the city in general, which can be fun to meet, but less exciting for you since you're coming from there. Also, don't hesitate to catch BART across the bay to visit Berkeley. The weather is a little warmer there, and there are still a decent number of students around for summer.

I went to Polk street with a buddy a couple weekends ago.

Terrible ratio and mostly filled with overweight and under dressed white chicks. The bit of Asian girls around definitely stood out. Much thinner and better dressed. Even a few of the Asian girls were overweight, but they weren't FOB I'm pretty sure.

Market Street had a lot of good looking girls walking around during the day, and a lot at that mall that is nearby that I can't remember the name of. I think a lot of girls around this area were foreign tourists.

Hey guys, I'm looking for a 'wing' to run some daygame with around the beautiful streets of downtown SF.

I'm a 28 year-old, a positive, laid-back guy who loves girls.

Even though I do the actual approaches solo, I find that when I'm out walking the streets with another guy it helps keep me in a social mode and out of my head.

I approach direct most of the time, sprinkled with some situational. I almost never do indirect.

I got into this a couple months ago, and I've done ~90 direct daygame approaches so far. I want to amp things up moving forward.

I've modeled my style largely off of the London daygamers. If you're unfamiliar, here's a sample direct approach:

Alright guys, lemme know if ya wanna hit the streets together and whisk some young beauties off their feet [Image: smile.gif]

Cheers!

From July 8 I'm available. We could meet up, but one note, my game style is way less conservative than yours. [Image: wink.gif]
Hit me up if you feel like it.
