An empty mind
What is the most powerful brain supplement?
I don't know if this is a thing but, 3 cups of coffee and I'm usually all amped up but in no clear direction. I'm basically ADHD OH LOOK A PUPPY
3 cups of green tea and I'm alert but kind of "smooth" about it. Not jittery and generally focused.
Keen to try Modafinil but no idea how to get it through customs.

Most fish oils on the market are garbage, they've gone rancid already and can do nothing for you.
The biggest brain supplement worth mentioning is cholesterol (since your brain is made of cholesterol). If you can eat a high cholesterol diet then your brain is going to work much better since it will have the biggest tool it needs to regenerate brain tissue and form synapses. If your long-term memory is good (you can remember your childhood) but your short term memory is trash (you do not know what you had for breakfast this morning) then your blood cholesterol levels are low and your brain cannot form new memories.
Cholesterol synthesized from the liver is far inferior and takes energy away from the organ it could have otherwise used to detoxify the body. This is why most vegans act like mentally retarded children, their avoidance of animal products keeps them in such a state.
Assuming you are getting your cholesterol from animal products, you should be getting sufficient vitamins required to support the brain as well. Eat animal brains, organs, and muscle meats (if that's all you can find) with preference to 'whole animal' products like oysters, mussels, and eggs ('whole' products have more complete nutrition than muscle meats).

I've been using Modafinil and the results have been very productive. Last weekend I spoke to a programmer who had several drawers full of nootropics and he told me the best is Phenotropil. I'll be trying that next.

I've done a lot of controlled experiments with nootropics. Logging how much I was taking, consistency, taking regular IQ tests, other cognitive tests like finger tap, stroop test, N-back etc.
The racetam family of nootropics absolutely works and measurably increased my objective cognitive performance (verbal intelligence, working memory and reasoning). Of these pramiracetam is the strongest but it dulls your emotions. Not fun.
Noopept was slightly less effective but it didn't have that drawback, and it has a number of other long-term benefits such as neuroprotection, preventing oxidative damage, anti-anxiety etc. It works similarly to racetams but it's disputed if it would be classified in that family anymore. Anyway 20mg daily is the dose and make sure you are getting enough choline in your diet (mostly comes from eggs, chicken, or just take a choline supplement) otherwise you'll get headaches.

You aren't getting laid because you still believe in "game".
Here's how I went from being a 21-year-old, videogame-addicted, Asian virgin to banging too many girls to count (no PUA bs):

Modafinil is the only thing I've ever taken and noticed a dramatic difference.
Fish oil, Udos oil, ACV... all that stuff I've never noticed anything, although other people seem to.

Sustainable?
l-theanine + caffeine
If you want something stronger, you can look into cerebrolysin, basically pig brain. its used for stroke patients.
Many healthy partakers also report cognitive boosts

Cerebrolysin. I've sampled this medication myself and can say without any doubts it's by far one of the most potent if not the most potent nootropic one can administer. The effects are astounding. Improved my cognition and memory significantly in several weeks time.
Adderall. Take ZMA (especially magnesium takes the edge off), L-Tyrosine (building block for Dopamine which Adderall depletes) and fish oil with it if you want the comedowns to be manageable.
If not, basically any other hard stimulant. Vyvanse, Dexedrine, Ritalin, Mydayis, whatever they're a horse a piece. Each one works differently on everybody. One may work for you and another may not. But once you dial your dosage down it's all smooth sailing from there.
If uninsured/broke you could try micro-dosing crystal meth, it's actually FDA approved for treatment of ADHD, but with street ice you really have to micro-micro-dose it as in with a milligram scale, measuring out 5 mg (which is about the size of a few grains of salt) taking it twice a day through the mouth, never exceed 10 mg a day, never smoke/snort/IV as it's a very strong stimulant and that's how you get hooked.
Most people say modafinil works, maybe it does but I tried up to 300 mg a day which did jack shit, then found out via testing that I am a non responder to it (which apparently is a thing).
On the other hand I find it very funny that governments and big pharma see smoking as a bigger issue than prescription stimulants and opioids. I went to my GP today to refill a prescription. He asked how my mood was, if I am still a smoker, then spent 15 minutes explaining various methods available for quitting smoking. Then wrote me a 90 day script for what is basically medical meth, and sent me on my way. I guess it's OK to do drugs as long as you're doing the drugs the government allows you to.
Oh btw on the way out he said "have a nice day"
