I been to Medellin 2x and Cali just once. , but not long enough to decided who has the better looking women. Cali or Medellin??? from my experience and observation:
The Paisas tend to be more light skinned, european looking. Paisas have the better looking face.
the Calenas are more morena looking, exotic, darker features, the calenas have the sexier body.
Medellin has eternal spring weather, Cali is always hot. This is why the women take good care of their bodies and get boob jobs/booty implant. I will have to say the Calenas love to show off their bodies more by showing more skin. They love to party more.
I think calenas are more down to earth and love to party more, since cali is the salsa capital of the south america. Paisas are probably a tad more conservative. Calenas are more open to foreigners, since cali is not infested with tourist vs medellin which is infested with sex tourists
There is a saying " If you are looking to find a good wife, you marry a Paisa, If you are looking for a mistress you look for a Calena"
