I'm 20 I need to shed my greenhorn image. Particularly at work where I'm known as the young one. Tips on how to look more like a "man" than a "guy"?

Stop worrying about it. When you're greying hairline is receding and you're fighting wrinkles in 15-20 years from now, you'll be wondering what all the fuss was about.
