Inspiration from Michel Petrucciani - you don't need looks if you can play...

I just found out about this little guy, a dwarf in fact named Michel Petrucciani. He was French, 3 feet tall, due to a rare disease he was born with and really, a creature only a mother could love. Google him.
But, he was a pianist. In fact, one of the world's most amazing jazz pianists. Despite his size he could play the whole keyboard, even use the pedals, and wow, his music is awesome.
Now this dude bagged some of the hottest, talented women of his world, had two marriages and a couple of kids. There's a moral here of course. Michel was not only extremely talented, he obviously had character - character to overcome life's obstacles (his stature/appearance) and to live life to the full, intelligence, and speak a few languages. These things are of course, what bagged him the ladies. Looks count for nothing when you got yourself this kind of currency. Just hearing him play is awesome. There's a film out about him somewhere, Haven't seen it yet but it appears that although this guy was physically a write off, he lived and behaved like a star and that's enough. I just thought this might put an interesting perspective on things for you...
