Traditional girls or at least not pains. Enough decent phenotype to be able to procreate, if necessary. A place that appreciates, tall, educated Western guys and that has decent age gaps--10-14 years as okay. Not a lot of single moms and/or single women without kids available (no divorce) 24-32. Some reasonable English ability of girls would be nice.
What are your experiences in Colombia? Medejjin is a whorehouse with Spirit Air bringing in the ghetto. Bogota is ok, but not necessarily friendly. Barranquilla is the best, but a tad too ethnic and very hot, not the best flights. All cities have severe, culturally disturbing flaking, which points to other issues.
Just got back from Lima. GIrls are friendlier and not that much more ethnic, but its more expensive and another 2 hour flight. Not radically better.
