Hi forum!

I have 6 months to spend in a foreign country studying for a national exam, and daygaming in my little free time. To put in context, I am a normal spanish guy, with dark hair and brown eyes. I spent an erasmus year in Lublin (Poland), and also two months in Kiev in summer.

Thing is, I think I want to try Lithuania, but which city would be best for me? Any tips from your personal experiences?

They're 100km apart. Why don't you spend a week in each and then decide. People come into Vilnius from Kaunas for the weekend to party and vice versa.

While you're at it, hit up Minsk and Kaliningrad, which are also close.

I spent 3 days in Vilnius last march, and 4 days in kaunas last october. Thing is, maybe I am biased as I spent too little time in each, and maybe some forum members lived there for a longer period

Which did you prefer?

Dont break your head about it. Kaunas is pretty small after a while, but 6 month is also not very long.
