I own a lot of properties and have been wanting to get into perhaps opening a hostel.
Besides places like a hostel, tanning salon, obviously bar - are there any other super highly concentrated with young women businesses that could be started relatively easily? I'm constantly looking to diversify my investments and this might be fun...

Bring your business acumen to the creative field. This only really works if you are within spitting distance of NYC/LA/TO/VAN or a few other places. The basic idea is to pair up with newbie writer-directors and then you find and manage the money they need to shoot. In the process you can't help but meet hot girls who want to be actors.

The advantages include a low capital outlay and a flexible (even part-time) schedule; the downside is a steep learning curve and the need to build a network, plus the inherent risk in the industry and the amount of unpaid work you might have to do.

Any big old space will do especially if a loft with decent Shower-Bath/Makeup Room pre and post bang freshen up area.

A pro photog once told me the secret to good photography is taking a lot of Photos - a Nikon Digital SLR or New Sony Mirrorless digital cameras allow you to take spectacular pictures - since no film in modern digital cameras you can take endless pictures basically at no cost but your time - read a couple kindle books on lighting and posing and boudoir shots and advertise Time for Print (A DVD with finished images if a free shoot actually) shoots to test new camera gear and you will have an endless supply of hot young women looking for portfolios until you become good and then you can charge or get releases to use their images in calendars or commercially etc... Verify their IDs and make sure they are over 18 or you are going to prison!

Be a professional during a shoot - no touching the models/subjects - learn to give posing directions verbally - and after work is done ask if she is hungry after all that "hard" work - order out take out and game as usual. Touching kino etc only during game-on mode not pro-photog mode or you will get a rep as a creepy touchy-feely photo poser.

Many times a female subject will bring a Mom, GF, BF GBF to a shoot as a chaperone - so be a pro and schedule a time convenient for your to view final touched up images with her at a later date (Charge for Hard Copy Prints $100 to $500 plus per print as photo paper and inks get expensive). Find a good Photoshop specialist to do touchups for a charge and only show your finished work - always get a signed model release since with a release all photos and derivative works are your Copyrighted property ... over time can become quite lucrative and most ugly photogs wind up with very attractive GFs as their photo studio managers/assistants or FWBs.

Be sure to have a secure space to lock up your gear.

True story Hugh Hefner got his start by buying topless shots of Marilyn Monroe from a calendar photographer who had signed releases for about $600 back in the day and the rest is Playboy history - Modern Cameras have both manual and automatic modes so if you take 100 pictures 5 to 10 will turn out great.

I really love the hostel concept. It's just so easy. Barely any transition. Hairdressing definitely makes sense and is actually pretty profitable. I've been pitched on them before - but the problem is you are dealing with whiny female employees all the time. Sounds like hell. And I don't really have time for the photoshoots.

I don't think anything really tops hostels. But maybe anything in a college area would do well... I love the concept of a study abroad program especially.
Where you actually advertise it to only women in X countries where you want them from and hire a manager to do all the legwork, then you "review" their applications/FB/Passport photo...
That could work?

Its hit and miss. For me, its usually on the hit side though.

I usually like them because it gets you in and out of clubs pretty quickly with a time constraint, and its a lot cheaper drink-wise. If I'm in a group, I would probably recommend if your budget is low.

I knew a professional photographer who had been a Big Name in the 80s. He shot President Carter, Muhammed Ali, many other celebrities, etc. He and Annie Leibovitz used to be mentioned in the same breath.

At that time, he also got lucrative swimsuit modeling gigs on tropical islands, which promptly wrecked his marriage. He said that the girls were literally -- literally -- climbing into his bed at night after the shoots. Think about it. He had top swimsuit models climbing onto his patio and knocking on his glas sliding door, begging to be let into his room to fuck. "I couldn't say no," he told me. "They just wouldn't stop."

BTW his wife eventually took him back a few years later. Now she's obese and mentally ill. His daughter is a lesbian manhater. And his career has been over for a while.

I'm sure male strippers do pretty good at picking up women. But there might be some overweight and ugly and old women that you have to attend to.

My issue is that I don't really see it working. Just because you put yourself in an environment where there's lots of girls, doesn't mean any of them are gonna be attracted to you lol.

If you run a hostel you can obviously hit on tonnes of girls, but you can do that in the street! I guess you could build comfort much easier as they almost become a miniature social circle, but even then, she's either into you, or she's not

Heidi Klum was probably the best looking women on the planet in the late 90s and her hairstylist who was much older married her in her prime. It wasn't a star athlete, or famous rock musician or actor ...it was her hair stylist. My initial reaction was the same, but on second thought it's not such a bad idea. You need to look at this from the perspective of social circle game. Owning a business is just another way of amplifying your social circle. As long as you're not weird about it, don't force things, and just let things happen "naturally", no one will blame you for hooking up with a customer.

Photography is obviously a big one but I wonder why nightlife itself has not been brought up enough. It seems like club promoters and club owners have status in the eyes of younger attractive women that want to go out to party all the time, since young hot girls love partying. From what I have seen, the scene seems to almost beg for hedonism to happen and girls are desperate to status hop since so much of their younger life revolves around nightlife.

I think women are wise to photo/model game.

SAT/ACT tutor has the that problem of mostly being underage students. Now, MCAT, LSAT and GMAT are a different story as they will be 20 at a minimum, with the added bonus that if you score, it is with a potential doctor, lawyer or MBA.

I tutored accounting. The thing was, the school's fashion program taught both the design/creative aspect as well as the business aspect of the industry. A lot of fashion students are not MENSA material but many are model gorgeous in their own right.

Another teacher game option is ESL, either generally or TOEFL/IELTS.

For most teaching gigs, however, only half of your students will be female, and - depending on your standards - maybe half will be dateable, and then realistically, what is your conversion rate going to be on a serious approach?

Tour guide or nature guide, especially the ones for long multi-day trips. If you take chicks out on the boat for hours on end, or take them up to some beautiful waterfall, it's game over. You're the leader, the man with all the connections and ability. You won't make much money but that's clearly not your goal here anyway. Also unlike owning a bar or hostel it's much lower hassle. It could also be very healthy and educational since you'll be moving a lot and educating yourself.
