It really is crazy how everything in nature is so symmetrical, but it's never quite perfectly symmetrical. Only humans can make things perfectly symmetrical.

Here's an example:



And then I looked at my fingers. Those little folds on your fingers divide your finger so each part of your finger is almost the same size, but not quite the same size.

And you of course have 5 fingers on each side of your body, 1 arm, 1 eye, and so on.

It got me thinking further. When do we consider something unhealthy/ugly?

When it's asymmetrical (this is objectively true, obviously). This explains why I hated looking at amputees when I was younger.

Some people are obviously more in tune to this and want everything to line up perfectly (we all know a guy like that), but everyone notices when something is not symmetrical. Most just don't care that much.

Now I'm curious about the satanist view on symmetry. It's the natural order, so I'm assuming they want to fight it. Though that is a very difficult thing for humans to go against.
