I hope I don't seem like a hater, but he was essentially kipping those pull-ups. I don't count those. The push-ups were pretty solid though.

I will be checking my PMs weekly, so you can catch me there. I will not be posting.

Lol.

Those were not kipping pullups. A little body English as you get deep into the set is not a kip. Those were surprisingly strict to hit 33 straight with a wide grip.

The obvious answer is that yes that guy is strong, and well conditioned.

He's definitely strong but I was expecting stricter form on the pull-ups. They may not have been completely kipped but that body English was a little suspect in my book.

I do not have his body but am fit enough that I can probably do this.

These days I go 6 days a week to the gym and the 6th day is when I do around 120-150 pushups, 100 pull ups, 100 dips and 120-150 free squats in 30 mins. I do this as 10 supersets ie. 12-15 pushups, 10 pull ups, 10 dips and 12-15 free squats all in one go as a set.

However, I feel neither overly strong nor well conditioned.

We can do a pullup thread but for strong pullups guy look at littlebeastm YouTube. Most will never match that guy.
Most guys 'strict' pullups suck because they don't have retracted scapula

My pullups used to be 17 strict no kip with retracted scapula on rings and that's pretty damn gshit strong but sucks compared to littlebeastm who specializes in doing weighted chins.
Seriously not to brag but that was damn hard work on little scapular muscles and activating those little muscles to get there but after getting there the hypertrophy results are remarkable. It'll be fun to do it again!

And everyone hates on kipping pullups but they are a good advanced move for upper body explosive pulling.they just get abused and most people have no business doing them until they Master scapular retracted pullups plus earlier pulling variations + rotator cuff work + grip work.

Hollow pullups from are the school of gymnastics are stupid for general fitness.
