Healthy/Less Unhealthy Condiments?

Hey, wondering what condiments you guys use that are generally ok (not too much sugar, carbs, whatever)?

I'm using hot sauce which is high sodium if anything now, looking for others (chicken breast vegetable protein shake diet now, would like some variety.)

I try to avoid anything with soy oil (most mayonnaise unfortunately). Anything sweet like BBQ sauces are loaded with sugar/carb bullshit. Mustards fit the bill and there is a wide variety, hot sauces are good, and I like to make my own salad dressing with balsamic or ACV and olive oil. Some of the salad dressings in bottles in the store are fine (don't contain soy/sugar/carbs) and work well as condiments for meat as well. Always on the lookout for new options so constantly checking labels. I'm doing a sort of half-assed keto thing (mostly eating meat/eggs/cheese and vegetables with no sugar) where I break routine occasionally on special occasions such as drinking too much beer with friends and I still have managed to lose 25 pounds since winter. Luckily I don't have a sweet tooth and love vinegary/acidic/spicy stuff which tends to have 0 to few calories or sugar.

High quality EVOO
Coconut Amino's (great soy sauce replacement)
Avocado oil based mayo is a good sub for regular mayo
Mustard
Organic / no sugar Ketchup (vary rarely use myself)
Hot sauce is fine, especially since not much is being used

Hot sauces, mustard, some oils, vinegarette, and my personal fav marinade is Tandoori sauce.

If you want an excellent soy-free mayo you can’t go wrong with Sir Kensington or the 365 store brand from Whole Foods.

For Asian condiments:

Salt + korean sesame oil.
Salt + black pepper with a squeeze of lime wedge.
Fresh chillies in mixture of sesame oil + soy sauce (touch of lime juice optional)

That tandoori sauce sounds awesome, any good pre-made brands out there?

My stand-by salad dressing: equal parts egg yolks, olive oil and ACV, with salt, a dash of tabasco, and a pinch of turmeric.

Dr Johnson rumbles with the RawGod. And lives to regret it.
