Low level of english is a big plus for me, it is extremely off putting for me to come across one of these americanised bitches who think they score points with me because they speak english or lived in the UK or USA. They tend to adopt blindly the same idiotic lines in their online profiles such as «if you know how to fold fitted sheets then we should meet » or « dogs love me »... seeing the profile of a brasilian girl with that kind of lines in english= no match, I am sure many lazy gringos go for these chicks though.

I am in touch with some brasilian girls from my previous trip, the feedback regarding safety is mixed, some say it is way worse than 3 years ago, others say it just slightly deteriorated.

I’ll come back at some point for sure, I reckon that I chickened out this summer after reading so many negative reviews.

I am not sure about Bolsonaro, the medias present him as a racist but one mixed girl I know who lives in Rio says she’s happy that he got elected, mainly because he said he’ll clean up the streets.
Let’s see if he does well...

Well,

Since I travel to Brasil for 15 years

You should avoid to get there after Carnaval.. The dates change each year.. Ahum

This does more apply to Rio and the northeast.. especially Salvador da Bahia

Carnalval time is super fun but super expensive as well

Best time to score with girls will be in June at the time of Sao Joao when there are nice concerts everywhere..

Or go to the northeast at the time before Carnaval starts.. This means more than a month before and you will have party everywhere as well

Don't expect a clubbing scene in the northeast.. It's all about fiestas

Cheers Marazul

Coming here in June for Copa America for 10 days with some buds from college, they're also into game. I won't be focusing purely on game, but a lot of it will be. Planning on learning some portuguese these 6 months ahead just so I can have a fluid conversation at basic level.

Is tinder really my best bet? I have the change location monthly bonus with tinder and matched with some real good looking girls, wonder if they will respond still when I am in Rio 6 months from now? If not, there's always more when I get there.

Guys,

So I am trying to decide on a Rio trip this January, in about a month. I've been mulling over it for the last month or two. Is right now the right time to go though? With the given state of things? Or is it better to go later in 2019 or early 2020?

I have enough money to ball out and stay in Lima and get a nice place. I've pipelined and have a couple girls already down to come by for drinks, and even one who is willing to meet me at the airport and be my tour guide. My game is super tight. I've got well over a hundred lays. I'm young. However, I'm not in great shape, about average to slightly overweight. Also, while I can somewhat understand and speak basic Spanish, my Portuguese is non-existent. Plus, while I can ball out, saving the money might be better. I'm starting to lean towards not going to rio based on my non existent Portuguese and that fact that I'd go jan 7th doesn't give me a lot of time. Plus, the safety factor and overall state of rio is what really pushes me to go later.

Plan b is actually to go to Santo Domingo for a week in mid Jan. I've been hearing good things about that place. And I'm much more familiar with Spanish and latino culture than I am Brazilian culture.

Anyhow, what is the current state of rio? Is it better to come another time? What would you guys do, just go to Santo Domingo for now? I really, really want to go to Rio and it would be a graduation celebration if I went but if it's not the right time, it's not the right time. Plus, the language deficiency really gets me because I felt what it was like to not understand the language in Colombia where I understand at least some Spanish, in rio, it'll be much worst right?

High season is coming up in Rio, from January onwards the city will be more lively and Carnival will be happening in early March.

I would advise against coming to Rio. Some thugs surrounded my girl and threatened to slice her if I didn't hand over my belongings. Besides that I witnessed several violent incidents over the last few weeks that make me believe Rio should not be visited until something is done.

Damn bro. Where did this happen? do you have any safety tips for rio other than the usual?

I will be arriving in Feb for carnaval and thought I'd stay at least 1-2 months, I'll have my guard up though. I already plan on buying the shittiest iphone money can buy and use that only - plus a favela decoy wallet in my pocket while the real money is stashed on the inside of my pants somewhere

Near a hotspot with many people around, at night. Police was close and just didn't care.

I can't give any safety tips that realistically lower your chances of bad things happening. Shootouts between gang members and police can happen anywhere. Petty crime is the norm and the police turns the other way.

Best thing you can do is hang out with locals and stay with them the whole time. They know how to respond when something bad goes down. There are many "rules" to adhere to. If you don't it can cost you your life.

For example, if people start shooting you have to lay down immediately. If you run away, they will assume you are part of the aggressors and they will try to shoot you.

Stay in the popular areas when there are people but is not too crowded. Walk with locals. Always de-escalate. Pray they don't stab you.

Welcome to a third world shit-hole, where you will be robbed, stabbed, and hundreds of people will gather around and take photos of you to collect likes on their instgram while stealing your shit.

The police doesn't care about you, They have no standards or code to follow, it's a bunch of 18 year olds kids walking around in dickie shorts and batons, gaggling at chicks walking by. They know you are not there for their amazing culture and to dine out at Bobs burger. You are there for the pussy and so are they.

There are better places than Rio. Ideally, everyone on here is looking for a good woman they can enjoy and spend time with, that's going to require you visiting her often if you care about her, so pick a spot that you enjoy going to. And that probably isn't going to be Rio.

LINUX, you have spent significant more time in Colombia than I have. How do Medellin and Bogota respectively compare to Rio, safety-wise?

Rio is not nearly as bad as the media and some dumb tourists make it out to be. I've lived here all my life (24 years) and not once I had my life in danger.

I leave the house everyday with a rolex in my wrist and a new iPhone. Not a single worry in my mind.

Just stay in Barra, Leblon, or Ipanema and don't go to other parts of the city because they're all low class shitholes anyway.

Sex tourists in search of cheap women go to places like Copacabana, Lapa, Centro or some even more terrible places in Zona Norte, get robbed because they're in horrible parts of the city and then complain about how Rio is terrible, etc. Laughable.

Medellin and Bogota are much safer than Rio. Hotter women also.

In Brazil -- Florianopolis.

Florianopolis is better than Rio for women. That I agree. Porto Alegre is even better.

We have a running joke in Brazil that Porto Alegre produces the best women in Brazil, and Florianopolis distributes them. Sao Paulo and Rio consumes them.

1.Which city is better for gaming girls: Rio or São Paulo?

2.What is the reputation of White Brazilian girls in Miami?

3.Are White Brazilian girls in Southern Brazil open to interracial dating?

4.Which girls are easier to bang: White Brazilian girls or White Argentine girls?

1. Sao Paulo, for sure. In Rio the best girls are all inserted into close social circles.

2. Most white girls in Miami are there because their families are rich.

3. White brazilian girls fro the South, at least the good looking ones, are regarded as the most gold-digging girls in Brazil. So it's all about money.

4. Argentinians for sure. Brazilians are complex. Very hard to see a high class/good quality brazilian dating a foreigner.

What about other South American girls in Miami? If a Chilean/Venezuelan/Colombian/Peruvian/Argentine girl is studying at University of Miami... does that mean she is rich?

I wouldn't know about other south american nationalities. But it's probably the same as in Brazil.

Rich families fed up with the south american political reality move to Miami.

I have a few friends, boys and girls, that moved to Miami in the last 4 years. All are extremely rich, living in mansions in Miami, having weekend yachts etc. Their parents are either directors at big international companies or straight up own big brazilian companies.

On Brazil in general: Having been here some time, I have heard many stories of people who ran in trouble in the countryside or while driving around. A friend mentioned how he was threatened with a gun by a 12-year old in his quiet town. Another friend saw a close family member murdered during a carjacking on the highway. I myself was just behind a multi-carjacking on the highway but I was in a bus, and they are usually left alone.

I'm attracted to the country and its people, similar to how many guys on the forum really like Colombia. But contrary to Colombia, Brazil is dangerous as hell. You must be retarded if you want to come to Brazil just for easy bangs.

Misery bashes me in the face every day. And I live in one of the rich areas mentioned by newbie bojack. Speaking of, he does not mention that Ipanema and Leblon are rich areas and that Rio has a public transport system that allows any thug to reach it within an hour. Since many favela's heavily punish petty crime inside their own communities, men with bad intentions hunt in those areas, especially near the famous beaches of Ipanema and Leblon.

Walk around with your cell phone and see what happens.

That makes sense now. On IG I see south american girls posting partying pics on yachts
