I had a similar shit experience with PayWithInk.

They set a max gas price and limit and then didn't enforce it, so the people that overpaid for gas got through.

I think it was enforce because its coded in the contract and you can still check it on etherscan.

Yet to see proof of someone setting a higher gas price and getting in.

I was able to get into Paywithink for 1 eth. But realistically that 1 eth isn’t even going to make me money until February 28. How many Xs am I really going to get off that 1 Eth?

I've been advising this project on how to take market share. Them delivering seems a long shot but you get 10,000x on them becoming #1 so worth a few shekels.

If you looked at the smart contract code it seemed like the actual gas price limit was 40 gwei and not 35 gwei as they announced. But I studied it on Etherscan and only tx with max 35 gwei got through.

Did any of you guys get into CPChain. It’s a platform that sold out in presale that’s backed by Vechain and Qtum. It’s also a Chinese ICO. I was able to get in. Tokens tradable in the next week.

I got in with a few friends. this is definitely a winner - guys get ready to grab it yourself on EtherDelta asap before it gets more widely know.

CPChain is the next 10000%+ ICO. Here’s why | IoT 4.0

Quote:Quote:

CPChain is a new distributed infrastructure for next generation Internet of Things (IoT). CPChain intends to build a fundamental data platform for IoT system in combination with distributed storage, encryption computation and blockchain technologies, providing the whole process solution from data acquisition, storage, sharing to application. CPChain is a promising solution to a series of challenges of current “chimney architecture” of IoT systems, reducing connectivity cost of devices, protecting data privacy and maximizing the value of IoT data.

I looked at CPChain, but the entire dev team is Chinese. Call me biased, but the Chinese government has a way of sticking their nose in "private" businesses in China. Way too much corruption, IP theft and privacy issues to worry about, especially for an IoT technology. China doesn't give a shit if Western investors are defrauded, they've already taken us for countless billions. Given the Chinese track record, I'd have to say "pass".

I am sure the biggest concern of the Chinese government is a small blockchain right now.

I am not telling you to hold this the next 10 years.

Crypto moves way too fast to concentrate on the very long-term consequences.

Look at the short-term potential for Chinese projects. For example NEO is getting huge attention for the ICOs being launched on it's platform. DeepBrain Chain, Qlink, Trinity, etc are proof of this trend, so it makes sense to invest in other upcoming NEO tokens.

Likewise Chinese blockchain projects are doing massively well. CPChain sold out it's private sale with zero marketing, and only after is news being spread about it's partnerships with Metaverse, VeChain, Qtum etc. Despite that it's still a sleeper project, and I think on the basis of it's connections alone it's sure to rise in value very quickly indeed.

^ i wish!

I got access to Gems private sale for 20% discount but they are capping it at 150m for private investors only now. I’m passing on that.

Currently looking at Stream Space. I have access to presale even during crowdsale. Forbes mentioning and big rumors. Should be an easy come up.

Congrats on Gems being one of the most greediest ICOs ever. They don’t release token metrics until after all the hype. They want to do a Dutch auction (didn’t announce a hard cap) and crowdsale is only swing 20% of the tokens. Yea, I’m going to pass on that.

Was really into this ICO until that Dutch Auction bullshit. Pure scam in my eyes especially considering what they are keeping for themselves.

Have you guys heard of Ian Balina?

He's supposed to be a 25-year-old kid that invested 5K in ICO and turned it into 5M in 2017.

I've heard of Ian and he did some good picks in 2017 but now I'm positive he just shills whatever ICO gives him free coins. He still gives good advice but you gotta work out which are the shills now and what is genuine.

Chubby cuck fuck Ballina made most of his money from one ICO, Icon. Other than that and one or two one-trick ponies.....his picks aren't that great. My only issue with him is how he shills coins that he made a deal with during the presale, and recently buying the last of the remaining supply. Essentially instead of making recommendations he's basically trying to shill stuff that is not available so he can unload his bags when they hit the exchanges

Have you guys been watching the soccer recently? English Premier League - where there is huge money, main sponsors being big companies - has fucking random shitcoin ICO advertisements during the games on the boards around the pitch, and on the post-match interview screen behind the manager/player being interviewed. I've seen three different coins so far advertised this way. This will cost a large chunk of change. Has to come from early investors. The most recent I saw was cashbet coin. This ICO shitcoin shilling is going mainstream...

Yeah I also saw the ad for Cashbet Coin at the Tottenham - Man Utd game last Wednesday and was very suprised about it.
