Moringa: The most nutrient-packed plant on earth

I discovered this plant a few months ago and the benefits are unreal. It is has been used as a folk remedy for ages but is gaining mainstream popularity.

I haven't caught the flu once since i started taking Moringa. They use it to treat everything from cancer to AIDS, and the World Health Organisation has endorsed it as a combat to malnutrition. It is also used by some for boosting libido but I can't vouch for its effectiveness there.

I consume a teaspoon of leaf powder with juice once everyday but it also comes in capsule form as well for those who can't handle the slightly bitter taste. I highly recommend it, especially for those find the task of eating different health foods cumbersome.

Interesting, though the nutrient density is still below a high-potency multi. That said - if you juice it, then we are talking.

Africa has some of the best nutrient dense plants on this planet.

If you have a spot in your yard, and are in the right climate zone, this sounds like an easy one to grow yourself.

The Moringa tree is very easy to grow. Simply plant seeds or cuttings in a sunny spot. The moringa tree is a plant that grows mainly in semiarid, subtropical areas.

Three meters in the first year? This may be too easy to grow.

Moringa – It’s benefits are compared to hybrid and acid based foods such as spinach, milk and carrots and is recommended by the Ayurvedic Indian system who also recommends cow milk.

Interesting, and if it was available where I am I would get it.

But--the nutritional content of Moringa oleifera Leaves is still far below a steak, even a cheap cut like beef chuck.

I am afraid that women appreciate cruelty, downright cruelty, more than anything else. They have wonderfully primitive instincts. We have emancipated them, but they remain slaves looking for their masters all the same. They love being dominated.

However, high nutrient does not necessarily mean good if your body is so polluted that its efficiency to absorb is weak. If your body is cleansed out by some fasting, good diet and regular exercise, then it will have better ability to absorb nutrients. At that point basic healthy nutrients can also do the job quite well.
