You've got to ask why the pickup movement started in Toronto specifically, and also why there are also big movements in DC and London. It's a good indicator of a tough city in which to game.

Why is it so hard to find a apartment in Toronto. Aside from the roach spots locked down by shady landlords I am dealing more and more with women whom discriminate strait up at Men. Almost like the post listing only to come back and run you in circles and cut shit off last minute.

A temporary sublet for a month or two max is all I need. Preferably downtown or somewhat close to it.

Hell if a couch is open i'd pay for it ...shit is getting ridiculous over here.

Go with a lizard. Get a reptile to call for you. You know it's a ho ass city. Men are pariah, women are gold. So get your aunty to call in on your behalf and even join you to see some of the places.
That's how I got my place at Yonge and Eglinton.

Interesting.

I do find there is a geographical box women will easily travel to for SNLs after the bar.

1. College and Ossginton

- No better intersection/area gives you so many choices for all types of game. From day game, to night game, to dates and easy.. easy venue changes. Its also a quick cab ride from all Toronto nightlife and there is a shortcut there for cars via Harbord Street.

2. Bloor and Avenue/ Spadina Rd

Somewhere above Bloor between these two streets and you got Yorkville and U of T sluts to go after. Plus it sounds balling as hell dropping that address. Its easily accessible via TTC and good options for day and night game east or west.

3. King St and Niagara area

Its right beside the King Street Strip but not actually on it (A dude needs sleep some nights .. fuck that noise). Restos lounges and stores are near your door.

**I skipped obvious areas like Clubland, Young-Egg, or Cityplace.

In Clubland you got a ton of options around there but there is shit all to due in Clubland in the day time aside form eat shitty falafal. Little opportunities to day game in around there.

Cityplace has n spots to take girls out too. Unless you like the Tourist garbage that's near by on Front Street. But for Tourist-Game you would clean house there.

Young-Egg scene seems a touch to old for me. I've never dove in enough in the area to get a good conclusion of it.

hmm interesting, though i'm wondering what area would be the single best for one night stands specifically, and not all aspects of game (night, day, dating) like you've considered. i guess it would probably be bloor and spadina, for its proximity to the madison... ?

to my knowledge yonge & eg has just only one big bar, philthy mcnasty's, and it blows. edit: there's also the six degrees club...

For strictly ONS/SNl's I still say College and Ossington as you can game more areas at night and it is still a quick cab ride home to bang.

Clubland is the obvious choice but I am still hesitant on that area because a lot of girls whom go to Richmond, etc, are from farther out, and out of town. Its way easier to convince a Toronto broad that lives on Dovercourt to come to your crib on Ossington to fuck then it is a girl from Long Branch or Richmond Hill.

Being on College means your half way from King Street and Bloor - bars on each of those streets, plus College, Queen West, and the Ossington strip its self which is where most skanky local girls party now.

i dunno man, the ossington strip is tough, it's full of stuck up, skeptical white girls who are not so much hipster as much as yuppie + hipster -> yupster

parkdale seems cool actually but it's too far for me

i went to that parts & labour bar you tout
it was chill but i was there alone, my second time out alone ever, so i pussied out and didn't do any approaches lol

Welcome to Toronto.

That's pretty much all your gong to deal with here. So for me personally most of my LMR and flops have happened from logistics issues of bitches not wanting to come to Downtown East. I see how easy it is for kats to pull broads off College for after parties. The women are a headache all over so it makes no sense to make it harder to close the deal.

There is literally a geographical box women in Toronto won't venture out of for random play. I can't even say how many times I've gone to making out with a girl telling her lets get out of here and then getting into a cab and saying where to go and her getting this screwface on and then going cold, telling the cabby to drop her off first.

You have to play mind-games back to these broads so living on any of the key streets and just loosely dropping it won't get her hamster rolling to thinking its to far.

"I just live on Bloor...near downtown"

AKA I live at Bloor and Runnymede lol.

The main point is to give you options and to make pulling tail home more easy. College West will always reign King for this.

Completely not my experience. Toronto was one of the best cities I've ever been to for the sheer beauty, openness and eagerness of the women. Only spent a week there, but had an incredible time.

TIFF is coming up soon boys. Are any TO players looking to take advantage of the festival? For many years I was Nieve to the festival since I am not a film head and just enjoyed the late last call at bars (4 am), also this Thursday a new thing called "fashion night out" is coming to Toronto. All in all TIFF has a ton of tourists rolling through the City and its one of the few times per year the whole City comes alive. I am looking to take advantage of tourists whom come through town I have to miss have the fest but still have a whole week to do my thing.

Of course Toronto never with a new idea of thier own stole the idea from NYC, Rome, etc but I guess stores open late and funnel booe ot shoppers (women) and then cast them out into the wilderness at like 10pm. I remember RVF'ers talking highly of hte NYC one so hopefully the Toronto one pans out also. I would recommend players hit it up.

For me I fixed my living situation ..err.. sort of. I am back mid-month in the Big Smoke and even though I am sad to leave a easy water tap of high grade ass here in the boonies in Western Canada I am coming back with a hunger now to try and take down the evil City called Toronto.

Yup that's the vibe I get from Toronto too, and I live here. Lots of beautiful girls and they are more open/DTF than people on these boards claim.

TIFF week is incredible in Toronto. Lots of nightclubs get extended last call till 4am, and lots of huge a-list celebrities and artists are all over the city, including nightclubs. This means alot of hoes will be out to play. This upcoming weekend should be jammin, make sure you head out and party!

Millenium, I dont have a reason to not believe you. But if you are going to go againsit the conventional wisdom from solid rvf players in Toronto, you have to give details. Or else, you are not adding value to the forum and should go brag to your beta friends and stop wasting our time.

Just checking in from Europe, the problem with Toronto women is that they are not feminine. This side of the pond I have been amazed how women dress like women and I am loving it.

For those claiming Toronto is good, I would have to witness it first hand.

I agree with the feminine part. But you still see a good amount of feminine lady-like women here because of all the foreign girls here.

But yeah, across the pond feminine girls are the norm. Wish it was like that here.

Just saw this thread today and fully expected Kosko to be posting like crazy. True.

I personally can't figure out why Toronto is so difficult because I grew up inside it. I can't be objective about it. Frustrating but a great baseline when you leave...I went away to college thinking, wow, why are girls everywhere else so easy?

Toronto and southern Ontario is also very much its own entity too...the rest of Canada is not like that. In fact, the rest of Canada (maybe except Vancouver) hates on Toronto regularly for their "hot shit" attitude.

Lower tier Canadian cities that are not suburbs of Toronto, Vancouver, Ottawa or Montreal are stereotypically Canadian with friendly people, open, tolerant girls and easy pickups.

I'm going to Toronto for a week.
I'm staying in West Bloor Area (where all the eastern euros are). Any info about this neighbourhood?

Hit up the Ossington area.

Also King West west of university avenue has quite a few good spots. I'd avoid the Richmond Street area between University and John.

Hit up Muizik as its a spot where alto of balling EE people like to go party.

If you are around the EE part of Bloor its a bit more quiet and chill. Its near the park and there are still stores and restos, but not many lounges on that part of Bloor since its a more family area. I assume your talking like Keele, Dundas West and Westward? Being near High Park has its advantages tho as its a nice place to chill and if its nice out even better spot to run day game.

I would for sure Party on the Ossington Strip as its not too too far from where you are at. Roncesvalles is Polish Town in Toronto and that street has a decent amount of lounges and bars on it also.

What is your scene and what age ranges do you like to party with? Do you prefer a older-ish crowd or young debauchery.

^ i like daygame, not really a club person (other than when im in europe). i'm interviewing in toronto actually, so i may move there.

it's mostly families in west bloor village? where are younger (university age) EEs? fyi I am American-EE mixed and around 30 and work in finance, i speak some russian, so i'm trying to identify neighbourhoods where i may live also. girls tend to go for me who are 19-24, any older than they think im too young. i thought west bloor was the place to be for EEs... but if its mostly old people...then i guess i need to find another place
