Travel blogging is one of the most saturated industries, its hard to tell who's really doing this and making money and who's living off their parents or trust funds and making videos like this but not supporting themselves. Alot of the digital nomads, gurus, i make 5k a week sitting on a beach claim to have this going on, whether they do or whether that's just a pitch to sell a course or software I"m not sure.
It would help to have some photography/videography skills, a hot girlfriend, and a bit of money as it will take some time to get it going but it would be possible to replicate.

If you do something like this, try to sell something. If you rely only on ads, you need a ton of views to make money. Millions of views, which obviously will take some time to get.
By selling something, you need far less exposure to make the same amount of money (assuming you have some business skill).
I noticed LeBlanc has a Patreon page. Asking for a couple of hundred dollars per month is a sign he isn't raking in the YouTube ad money.

Some travel bloggers got sucked now into the FyreFestival disaster. A lot of it is based on cleverly cut travels while their day-to-day reality does not look nearly as glamorous. Still - if you can pull it off - fine.

In most cases youtubers who know what they're doing will have multiple income streams which are promote by their videos,Adsense money being the least of them in most cases. For example:
Patreon; they can ask for contributions from their "true fans" on a recurrent basis.
Apparel: they can sell apparel like hats and clothes which if done right can rake in millions of dollars a year.
Influencer deals; they can agree to promote other people's products and apparel in exchange for a cut of each sale or a flat payment.
Brand deals; this one is much the same as above only difference is these types of deals are often done with large well known companies like opera, tinder, etc where all the youtubers has to do is talk about a new app or whatever at the beginning of the video and KABOOM! instant mula.

I kind of like the videos of this guy and definitely, for the moment, he got an amazing lifestyle, except:
His girlfriend is so annoying. Typical example of "brining sand to the beach". He is travelling those amazing countries in South East Asia will plenty of beautiful and feminine girls and he brings a typical Canadian feminist....

Yeah it sounds as easy as promoting cool parties and make $$$ at the same time.
Ask yourself.
Do you have $$$ to invest to show off that kind of lifestyle to get it started?
Do you have networks of cool people you can hangout? Like rich people, cool guys, hot girls people would want to see?
Do you have some skill set or fame to attract cool people?
If you are a hot chick, you can at least getby by staying at some guys house and eating his food for free everywhere in the world. If you are a guy, you would have to pay up.
This guy is simply utilizing his network he built by using his skills.
