I know a lot of ideas are thrown around on how to improve this forum, add new subforums, and many other ideas, but one thing I've seen work well in other forums is a way to "rate" individual posts.
Before I explain my idea, here are some examples of posting rating systems:

In this forum, there is a "hat tip" system, where you can click on the little hat icon in the upper right part of the post. Accumulated "hat tips" are shown in the member's main profile.

Here, in this forum, in the bottom right of each post you see a number in a green box. Members on the forum can rate up/down individual posts. When a post has more than 10 positive ratings, it gets an "Awesome Post: Great Job!" added to the upper right section of the post. If it gets more than 20 positive ratings, a "So Good" gif is added.
My idea for the RooshV forum is as follows.
Allow members to "Give Karma" to posts that they like. There should be a little
icon for members to click on. That way posts that stand out in quality can be highlighted by the members of this fine forum.
Maybe add a little "Good Job" gif to the upper right section of the post if it scores above 15 karma points. Maybe a gif of Roosh eating a pastry stroodle.
Then, add a search function which displays posts ranked by karma, so members will always be able to find the best posts easily without much effort.
The karma system isn't meant to contradict or be redundant with the reputation system. It's meant to compliment the reputation system, as the rep system only talks about forum members and not posts. I consider the karma system to be a small tweak that would improve things around here.
What do you guys think?
