If I wanted to use Defense soap every day during my shower, or if I wanted to use Hibiclens sometimes, will it destroy my body's natural defenses (similar to using too much hand sanitizer)? Will it kill too much good bacteria?
Will products like Defense Soap or Hibiclens be harmful in the long run?
