Release date of "Day Bang" in Europe?

I'm looking forward to Roosh's new book on day game, because this is my preferred way of gaming.

So Roosh's Day Bang book is released in the USA on Sept 19th. But when is it released in Europe? Is there additional time due to shipping or so?

Anyone already knows the price in Euros? Is it sold by Amazon in Europe?

The paperback won't be sold in Amazon's European stores, though the Kindle will (in UK and Germany).

Your best bet will be the PDF ebook that I will sell through my site.
