I've recently become incredibly interested in this subject. I'm reading a book by Bruce Frantzis called "The Power of Internal Martial Arts and Chi." The possibilities are mouth-watering.
Anyone have experience in this realm? Ba qua, hsing-I, tai chi.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by the "possibilities?"

acupuncture is great for muscle spasms, but I can't recommend anything else.
I had a really stiff neck and neck spasms. I would get my neck adjusted and massaged by a chiropractor, and that didn't really help too much. Went to a really good acupunturist and after one session it was fixed.

Possibilities is pretty ambiguous, isn't it?
The potential health benefits are what interest me most. Following that would be combat. Reading about guys who can "take the heaviest blows" and come out unscathed is also fascinating. Chi, chakras, energy lines, all that stuff is interesting too.
